Short visit to Santalune!

Chopper dodged Vivillon's tackle, and countered with a frantic Fury Swipes on it. At the same time, he was hit pretty hard from the Bubbles Attack, and with the infestation, he was also hanging by a thread.

(Waa, the RNG gave you five hits on the Fury Swipes >> Lucky.)

The quick slashes by the Teddiursa hit twice, Vivillon dodged the third before the little Bear pokemon scored another two hits, causing Vivillon to crumple up. Surskit was Tackled from the side, brutally, but managed to stay standing, thin spindly legs quivering. It released another Bubble attack.

Cyndaquil began to zig zag to avoid the barrage of bubbles and attempt another brutal tackle to take down Sunskit.

This time, Surksit succumbed too. Victory to the challengers. Viola graciously recalled her pokemon before clapping. "Well done!~ By your amazing display of teamwork and obviously honed coordination, by the intensely strong bonds that bind you and your pokemon together, I present you, the Bug Badge~" She presented two shiny new badges on her palm. "Hey, that line was great! Maybe I should turn into a poet!" She perked up. Strange behavior. She walked off, muttering to herself, checking the contents of her camera.

Megan blinked. Then smiled as she put her new badge in her
father's old badge case. After doing that she picked up Cyndaquil, who seemed tired after the long battle. She looked towards Ed and asked: "You wanna heal them before going to the lab, or wait until we get to the lab?"

Edward looked at his badge. "Sweet!" he said, before putting it in his pocket. Then he looked at Chopper who looked even more awful than the day he first found him. He recalled him and answered back to Megan. "Well...yeah...I don't wanna leave Chopper in this condition any longer..." he said, worried.

"Okay, lets go see nurse Joy, then my mom." Megan nodded, reajusting her hold on Cyndaquil and smiled down at him, even though her eyes relflected worry.

"How does the nickname Cynder sound to you?" she asked the little fire type gently. He looked up at her, staring at her for a moment before giving a grunt in agreement then laying his head down onto her arm.

"Cynder it is then." she chuckled as returned the small fire mouse Pokemon before she led they way out of the gym and to the Pokemon center, where Anna's van was parked by and Anna herself was waiting paitently inside the red roofed building.

Ed went in the building alongside Megan. Then they went up to Nurse joy and handed them their pokeballs t have their Pokémon healed.

Nurse Joy smiled as she took each trainer's pokeballs and took them to the machine behind her. Said machine began to do its wonders, identifying each Pokemon's data and beginning the healing process while a blue screen above the machine displayed the Pokemon being healed. A few minutes later and there was the familiar tune that signified that the process was done. The nurse smiled as she handed the pokeballs back over.

"Would either of you like an easter basket? We have a few left." She asked the two. After giving it some thought, Megan nodded, smiling back.

"An easter basket?" asked Edward as he took back the Pokeballs. "Sure, why not." he then took the basket. "Thanks!" he said.

As he walked away with Megan, he asked "What, did they have some sort of Easter thing here?"

"Santalune does different things for Easter every now and then, so yeah." Megan replied. Anna's van pulled up then and Anna was looking out the window, smiling. Either she got good news, she was told a secret...or both.

"There's a surprise for you at the Prof.'s lab, Megan!~" the eldest of the three giggled giddily. Whatever it was, it must've been good.

"Oh by the way, The Prof. will give me a starter Pokemon, right?" Ed asked Anna.

Then Ed opened the car door for Anna. "After you, miss." he said with a gentlemanly smile.

"Of course! Ypu've already seen Froakie, Kalo's water type. There's Fennekin and Chespin. The fire type and grass type, respectively." Anna informwd as Megan got into the van, thanking Ed with a smile. Once everyone was in the van it was off to Lumiose City! 

They were almost out of Sntalune when a blue and tan blur suddenly fell from a nearby tree and landed onto the hood of Anna's van with a thump. It caused the woman to suddenly stop the van as she stared at the small Pokemon with wide eyes full of surprise. The small creature was currently sitting on the hood of the vehicle, eating an apple as if nothing weird just happened...

[Remember to introduce Panpour first]

Ed got up in surprise, and looked out the windshield. "Whoah, what is that?" he asked. [Btw, where are Ed and Meg sitting?]

[Back seats.]

"That is a Panpour. They were originally found in Unova with it's grass and fire cpunterparts, Pansage and...um....forgot the other's name." Anna replied.

 Panpour looked up at the three, locking eyes with Ed. That's when something clicked.

"Oh I know what you mean. The fire one is Pansear." Ed said. But he thought the Panpour looked interesting. So he got out of the car, and went over to the Panpour. "Hi there fella..." he said. He got out a few little cookies from his bag. "Would you like some?" he asked, holding his hand out.

"Pour!" she cried happily taking some of the offered cookies and eating them. Once done she smiled and hopped onto one of Ed's shoulders and cooed a thank you in her own tounge.

Ed giggled as Panpour ate the cookies and jumped onto his shoulder. "Hey, I think this little guy likes me." he said.

"It seems so." Anna smiled. Panpour grinned. She liked this guy! She could already tell that he was a good trainer just from his posture. And so, she shimmied her way to Ed's waist and pressed the button on one of his pokeballs. With a light 'PING' she was caught.

Wow! You've caught Panpour! Would you like to give it a nickname?

"It seems that she really liked you!" Megan smiled as she congradulated Edward on making a new friend.

Edward looked surprised at Anna suddenly catching the Panpour for him. "Ohh...you didn't need to do that...but...Thanks!" he said Gracefully. He took the Pokeball and said "Hmm...I think I'll call you Luffy." he said.

(Panpour caught herself  but ok.)

"Anyway, let's get going!" Anna smiled as she looked toward Ed and Meg. Now, they were on tneir way to Lumiose City.

"Ok!" Edward said as he and Megan got in the van. Anna then began to drive the way to Lumiose.
