It seems a bit too powerful for a move with 100 accuracy. Especially if it paralyses when it hits. A similar move would be Inferno, which is at 100 power and always burns the foe. Though, to cancel this out, its accuracy is only 50%. Now, if your move had major recoil or a lowered accuracy, I'll approve it ^^
