He loves being outside, and can't stand the cold. He is almost always at least a little happy, no matter the situation.
History: Nick used to love watching Pokemon battles on TV. He was as big a fan as possible until the one day that changed his life...Nick sat on a ledge, age of 7. He couldn't wait until the finals of the tournament. His family was on vacation to Kalos, so he got to see awesome Pokemon. But as he was sitting there a Fennekin ran by and hid in a bush. Two men came after it, and Nick had no idea who they were. "You there. Have you seen a Fennekin run by here?" One asked. "A who-what?" He replied. "You know, a Fennekin." The other said. Nick shook his head before realizing hat ha run by him. "If I find it should I let you know?" "Yeah, kid. It's important that we use our new tech on it." "Ok."
3 hours passed before the Fennekin emerged from the bush. Nick approaches it. "Hey there. Those men came for you. They lost you, and I need to return you." The small Pokemon hid again and Nick chased it into an out of the bush, hurting himself and the Pokemon. The Pokemon was on the ground crying, and Nick seemed confused. "You...you're a Pokemon...How could you be feeling pain?" Just then, the men came out and grabbed the boy and Pokemon. They threw them both into a truck, but strangely untied and about half a mile into the forest. An hour passed before they had awoken on a desk and a bed, tied up. Nick learned the truth about Pokemon, but now what? Some more men and women were keeping the Pokemon asleep, and he noticed that a tube was on his ear, as we'll as one on the Pokemon. He felt something sharp go into his leg and fell asleep.
During that, they seemed to mentally connect the two, and when he woke up, he seemed to have a slightly different body, and felt a connection to his Pokemon...His friend. The boy got up, his leg still injured slightly and grabbed the Pokemon. "We're getting our of here now. To have done this to someone my age and to a Pokemon like you...They'll pay. But not now. We need to leave." He said. The Fennekin quietly replied with a near-silent "Fen" and seemed mostly out still. He ran down the hall and slammed a door with his shoulder and forced it open. Time had passed...Lots of time...
He looked around before noticing a calendar on the side. It had been almost a year. He ran as fast as he could to a Pokemon centr and had his Pokemon healed. He had his normal body now, as if the more synchronized he was he more different he looked. He asked do a ride to home and said to just put him in the town. And soon, he began into the forest. Fennekin wanted to be called Cindy, but how did he know? They connected them...A curse, though, or a miracle? Only time will tell now. Adding more into the mix was Fennekin's desire to beat the Kalos League. And now, their adventure lies in wait...Will those people catch him, and were they related to past Johto events with similar hints? Yet again, time may not be on their side...
