History:
Drago lost his parents at the age of 6 in front of his eyes, causing him to run into a forest and started using a black flame burning everything. When officials tried to extinguish the flame, they couldn't the flame just continued to grow. He kept burning everything he saw, without him knowing. however, he suddenly  stopped when he saw a flameon seriously injured and burnt protecting an egg. When he realized what he did, his anger stopped the flames instantly died. Hundreds of pokemons where taken to the pokemon centers for major burns. However the flameon, unfortunately, didn't survive. However he took care of the egg, until it hatched. And promised to protect every pokemon he can.
Personality:
Leo is a quiet person, and every friendly person. He is usually talking with pokemon. However when he sees a criminal that harm pokemon his anger goes up the roof, this is when he usually uses his powers. He will also use his powers if someone/pokemon is in trouble, to show off (rarely)
