The Start of a New Adventure

Regardless, it struck. Magikarp lay still for a second, but started flopping again, weakness setting in, and it was showing. The thrashes were significantly weaker. It mustered it's strength and unleashed a deadly and horrendously powerful Splash...there wasn't even water to get the trainer wet.

Ivan couldn't help but laugh at the poor Magikarp. Millie unleashed yet another thundershock.

The Magikarp tried to flop away but the Thundershock hit it at the end of it's tail, quickly getting conducted to the rest of it's body and it fainted.

Pikachu gained 8 exp!
Pikachu grew to level 7 with 5 exp remaining!
Pikachu learnt Play Nice!

Ivan jumped for joy. Millie was growing kinda fast. He quickly scurried to a pokemon center trying to avoid pokemon. (Meaning he may or may not succeed without countering a pokemon.)

(Ah well, might as well.)

The Pokemon Center could be seen in the distance, a distinct white, glimmering in the sunlight. The motorized door opened as the trainer advanced, revealing the sight of Nurse Joy, just healing another Trainer's pokemon.

Ivan walked up to the counter. Millie was tired and almost fell out of Ivan's hood. "Hello Joy! How are all your cousins doing? Millie took a good beating from this Pansage we fought, I'm glad I got her here before she fainted, I would like for you to heal her please." Ivan asked kindly.

Nurse Joy whirled around. "Oh, very well, thank you." She bowed, rather surprised. Next to no one asked about her cousins. She cradled the Pikachu and headed in. In a matter of minutes, she emerged from the room again. "Your Pikachu is fully healed. Thank you for waiting, we hope to see you again~" She chirped, sinking into another deep bow with a sweet smile.

"Whelp! On to the next town we go! See ya Nurse Joy! I'll be sure to visit every single one of your Sinnoh relatives! Come on Millie!"

"Chu!"
