Personality: Ivan is a Kind, outgoing, and friendly person. He could at times explode in your face, optimistically and pessimistically. If Ivan see's someone abuse a pokemon he will confront them to take their pokemon from them (kinda like a pokemon police guy), because Ivan feels that if somebody is going to have pokemon they should take care of them and if they don't they don't deserve their pokemon. Ivan does not agree with using pokemon as tools. He treats them like family.
History: Ivan's parents were great pokemon trainers. From what Ivan has seen they have like what? 6-7 badges each? Ivan couldn't remember. Now his parents have set up a pokemon day care center of their own to further their interest of making pokemon friendlier with their trainers. They just gave Ivan his first pokemon and have officially let him explore the region. "He's old enough, I'm sure he can take care of himself." Ivan also has/had a sister. She disappeared when Ivan was 8 and his mother and father were double teaming their brother and sister in-laws. She still leaves signs of being alive, but no one is too sure that those signs aren't fake, but her notes do show HER hand writing. Ivan wishes to become the Champion of the Sinnoh region and have the strongest bond with his pokemon.

So, you wanna give him one of each or one of either or just leave Pikachu as, she is? If so, that's fine too it's not mandatory.

I need to figure out what an egg move is, but I'm not giving her a TM move at start. I just think thats too logical. XD
