Personality: Childish and energetic, Lycia makes sure that everyone knows who she is and what she's about. She's very boastful and braggadocious, so whatever advantages and skills she has she WILL make sure you remember. She's a wild child, in a way, and also a prankster who loves pulling tricks on people and unnerving them. Her intelligence is one of her most outstanding qualities and is highly above average, making her a challenge at times. She has a lot of technical knowhow, and is somewhat of a mechanic. She has an odd love and obsession with photography.

History: Lycia was raised in a small cottage on the Sanorou Plains in a quiet family that wanted absolutely nothing to do with Pokemon. She, despite protesting that she wanted to be around Pokemon, was constantly under watch. So she took up working on electronics and such, making things out of random odds and ends from around her house. After 13 years of putting up with her family's crap, she ran away from home.

At some point, while travelling around, she found and saved a Zorua from an abusive trainer by forcibly removing him from the Trainer's influence. She caused much trouble and pranked many with her new partner, which caused her to nearly be arrested MANY times. However, she'd always escape.

At some point, she heard of some evil team that was attacking Trainers across the region. Deciding that she'd want to get in on this, she found the base of the Society of Liberty and became the mechanic and, eventually, a top executive.
