* These pokemon are found wandering the Minoru Region, and are able to be caught anywhere. They will have the same level as the pokemon in the area they are found. 
** After obtaining Regice, Regirock, and Registeel, Regigigas begins wandering the region at Lv1.
*** Darkrai can be found wandering after obtaining 6 badges. Darkrai is always Lv40.
**** Genesect appears after obtaining 8 badges and traveling back to Rosemary Town. Prof. Willow will tell you a strange pokemon has entered the region. His level mirrors where he is encountered. 
***** Victini is obtained after returning to Rosemary and after Prof. Willow tells you of a strange pokemon in Minoru. She will proceed to lead you into a surprise party, complete with the Gym Leaders of Minoru. There, the Gym Leaders gift you Victini, the Victory Pokemon, at Lv1.
