History: Was born in Jhoto in Blackthorn and had been raised in blackthorn for most of his life until his parents moved to hoenn all the way in hearthome city. he started getting intrested in science when he was 9. he had loved the wonders and expiriments he had done with his science kits. he was known as a nerd at his school. he wanted to prove his classmates he was more than nerdy by dropping out and becoming a pokemon trainer. while he was out to find a pokemon he spent some of his own money on a so called special Magikarp with the move bounce

Well, I found a couple of things you need to fix.

1. Could you get rid of the all caps on Jhoto, Blackthorn, Magicarp, and Porygon, only the first letters need to be capitalized in those words.
2. Your personality needs to be longer.

Yes, Magicarp is a Pokemon you're allowed to start with, so no worries (and you can delete your parentheses near the name ^^). Since it doesn't have any Egg or TM moves, I'll allow the Bounce.
