Personality: He is a shy person, he dont like to talk to strangers. He only battles if his Pokemon is okay with it. It is very easy to make him angry and he is some time a bit strange. He really don't like vegetables. He love to eat meat. He is even more shy in front of girls. He always blushes if a girl talks to him.

History: Pascal is born at Hearthome City, he grown up in a normal school but was bullied. He lost the most of his self-confidence. With 17 years after the school is done, his parents thinks it's good for him if he goes on a journey. His Pokemon is Skorupi, it was a gift from his parents at his 6th birthday. He treadet it like a pet the whole time. He wanted to go on a journey with his Skorupi since 7 years ago and now he can go.

- Skorupi can only have one Egg Move and one TM Move along with it's normal moves.

K, and those aren't Egg Moves, their starting moves that every pokemon gets when it hatches. Egg Moves are the moves that some pokemon can get if you want them so, here:

It's basic moves are:
Bite - Start
Poison Sting - Start
Leer - Start
Knock Off - lvl 5

Then you're allowed one, Egg Move = By Breeding and one, TM Move - By TM/HM if you want them.
