Effect:Prevents fighting type Pokemon from using "Bulk up"
Secondary effect:Cuts Attack and Speed of every foe,But also makes the user confused.
Description:There is one way to avoid this ability if you face it.If your Pokemon uses minimize,Shrinker will have no effect.
Looks:During a bulk up,The screen turns black and a white beam shoots into the foe,Making it shrink,If the foe uses Curse or confuse ray,The screen turns red.The user disappears into a vortex and the foe will hurt itself and lose any item to the user.
