Aiden and Finneon, Who Will Win?

Starly was once again criticaled by the incoming attack. Now it was angry. It couldn't even get back into the battle arena before it was attacked, so it didn't hesitate to charge at the opposing pokemon. It started circling the other pokemon at furious speed, swiping at it multiple times in a quick attack.

Finneon get's hit a few times and faints, Aiden returned the pokemon to her pokeball "alright then totodile it's your tu-" Aiden notices Totodile is gone, soon Totodile comes back ready to fight "your turn totodile, use water gun"

The starly, still basking in the glory that it defeated a pokemon, wasn't prepared to dodge when it noticed the incoming watergun. The starly was sent flying, or rather, was carried away by the streaming water from the attack. It landed a few feet away, then got up and immediately rushed back into the battle. "Starly, use tackle," the trainer called, pointing to the totodile, which was the attacker. The starly, slightly weak from the attack, rused toward the pokemon in it's attempt to tackle it.

Totodile got tackled, then he used scratch.

The starly did it's best to try to dodge the incoming attack, however, having just completed one itself, and the state of which it was in, it wasn't capable of completely dodging it. It stumbled to the side a little, then it fell down. It had been beaten. "Starly, you did a good job. Return," the trainer called, returning the pokemon to its pokeball. Then he stared at the trainer. "You're putting up quite the fight," he said, preparing another pokeball.

"I guess so, Totodile, how you feel?" Totodile jumps in joy "toto!" he called out

"I know this probably isn't the best pokemon to use, but come out Plusle," the trainer said, throwing the pokeball into the air. The pokeball flashed and revealed a plusle, and the trainer pointed to Totodile. "Use quick attack Plusle," he said, watching as the pokemon began dashing madly at the opposing pokemon.

Totodile got hit "Use Water Gun!" Totodile used his move when Plusle was close

Plusle was hit by the water gun, and just like the starly, was carried a little ways by the flowing water. It stood up and shook the attack off like it had done nothing, though it was apparent that it had. Plusle looked at it's trainer, whom only nodded. The plusle once again began chargin at totodile to use another quick attack.

"Totodile, jump then use water gun underneith you" Totodile jumped and shot water underneith him onto the Plusle

The plusle got drenched by the water gun, and there was enough force to knock it enough until it fell. It got up once the water wasn't pushing on it, and it shook itself off yet again. "It's alright plusle! Use quick attack," the trainer called, and the plusle did as told, though this time it jumped because totodile was in the air.

Totodile got hit "use water gun!" Totodile did as told

The plusle was sick of getting hit by soo much water, but it really did not have much of a choice. It was still in midair with the totodile, so the watergun sent it flying backwards. It landed a few feet away, then got up and shook the remainder of the water away. "Plusle, use quick attack again, but wait for the totodile to land," the trainer commanded. The plusle waited for the totodile to land as told, then began circling the pokemon and attempted attacking at it one to two times, then jumped away from its spherical route.

When Plusle atempted to attack the first time, Totodile quickly used scratch

The plusle was in the middle of an attack, so it was not able to just jump out of the way and dodge. It was scratched as it flew by, moving out of the spherical route because it's attempt had failed, and it stopped a second to recover. Then it looked to it's trainer for what it was to do next, and with simply a nod from the trainer, it began rushing at the pokemon again to use quick attack.

Totodile got hit and was weak, but attempted to grab the Pichu and use Water Gun for direct hit. Totodie's special ability, torrent, was activated

The plusle was grabbed by the totodile, and struggled to be free. After a few moments, it seemed like it was going to be useless and redundant to just continue struggling, so it let the totodile attack it. It came into direct contact with the watergun, and instantly felt like it was freezing, though it was also warm. It was a crazy feeling, and once the attack was over, it wanted to be free. It proceeded to attempting a quick attack in the totodile's grasp, knowing that it wouldn't be able to dodge, more than likely.

Totodile actually avoided the attack by swinging the Pichu around him, then letted go of him to let him run into a tree followed by a Watergun

Having noticed that it's attack missed first, the plusle was in no way noticing the fact it was now flying through midair. It collided with the tree, and as the water gun headed for it, it had thought that it was all over. However, still being in midair meant that the totodile would have to fire at an angle, so once the totodile fired the watergun, the pichu slid down the tree's side, without putting any effort into moving whatsoever. Suddenly the tree made a cracking sound, much like it was going to fall. "Pichu, quickly get out of there and use quick attack," it's trainer called, and the pichu got up. A few seconds later the tree was making multiple cracking sounds, and it seemed that it was about to fall. "Pichu return," the trainer screeched, returning the pokemon to it's pokeball, just as the tree crashed down.

Immediately after the tree fell, someone had noticed it. "That can't be good," the trainer said, looking at the now collapsed tree. Suddenly someone pulled up toward the trainers, and noticed the collapsed tree. "What are you two doing," the person slightly screeched, almost sounding as if they had commited a crime. Then she looked to Aiden. "Do you realize you just destroyed forestry," she asked, also looking at the totodile. "I'm sorry, but you are going to have to come with me," she said to both trainers, presuming that they were in the middle of a battle. "It seems we'll have to continue this later," the trainer said to Aiden.

"Ok..." he returned the totodile "Take a nice rest" he said to the pokeball with totodile in it, he followed the 'over freaked out' lady

The woman walked over to the trainers, and pointed to New Bark Town. "Start walking," she said with a little anger and frustration in her voice. It was obvious that she wasn't in the mood to have to do this sort of thing, but it was her job. She didn't really have a choice... She waited for the trainers to start moving, to which the trainer that Aiden was just battling started walking. Now she waited for Aiden to start moving, and she took them to a building in New Bark Town. "Tell me, what are your names," she asked to Aiden and the trainer.

(yes, she is over freaked out because it is only one tree, it can be replaced by another tree :P)
"My name is Aiden" he said

"My name is Marcus," the other trainer said. The stranger, whom was an officer, put their names into the computer, and made sure to check whether it registered the info. "It seems that this is only a first offence, so it'll be fine. Now go on, it seems you had a battle to finish," she said questioningly, then motioned them to the door. Marcus immediately went for the door. "You coming Aiden," he asked.

Aiden go up and ran out doors, back to the place where they started battle. He let his Totodile out "Let's try this again totodile"

Marcus moved back to where he was standing as well, then looked at Aiden. "Let's not knock any more trees down, alright? I realize your pokemon wants to win, like most do, but please try to keep it from destroying things," he said. Even though it was just an accident, the totodile needed to know that wasn't alright to do. "Anyway, come out plusle!" Marcus threw the pokeball into the air, and the plusle was revealed. "I think you should go first," he said.
