The model has a built-in radio and Dowsing Machine. With each Region having their own stations, through the satellites up above. It would determine which region you're within and acquire the regions Radio Stations. Three buttons Represent each section for the device itself.

• Team Status - It display's the Pokemon within each Poke'ball. Six at max, it will show the trainer the health of each of his current condition's as well any fatal injuries to status conditions. [ Poison, burn, paralyzed. Etc. ]
  
• Berry Searcher - keeps track of the location of berry bushes you have found or planted.
  
• Day Care Checker - reports the status of Pokemon left at a daycare and whether they have laid an egg
  
• Poke'dex - A Poke'dex is voice activated, the trainer has control as well through a AIP-Gear Glove. It fits over the left hand, and has a dial on the back of the hand, presumably to represent control through the Dex as well volume.
  
  A Poke'dex simply needs to be pointed at a wild Pokemon in order to gain basic information about it, such as its physical properties, type, and behavior. Information on a Poke'dex can be sorted by almost any category, placing Pokemon in order by name, number, weight, preferred climate, etc.
  

• Regional Poke'dex - there are five Regional Poke'dex upgrades, one for each region. Generally, a trainer just starting his career will only have access to his or her Regional Poke'dex and will need to find or purchase the other software upgrades as needed.
  
• National Poke'dex - Self Explained.
  
• Unknown Dex - This special application allows a Poke'dex to track which varieties of Unknown a trainer has captured.
  

• Items - Escape Ropes, Repels, Battle Enhancers, Mail, etc.
  
• Medicine - Potions, Status ailment healing items, Stat-boosting items, etc.
  
• Poke Balls - Different type of balls are all used for capturing Pokémon.
  
• Key items - Special items that players can only obtain once, that either aid the progression of the storyline or traveling. They rarely have anything to do with the player's Pokémon and are mostly specific to the game. These types of item include Tickets, Keys, and the popular Bike.
  
• Held items - Items that can be held by a Pokémon, then used by them in some way. There are many varieties of these.
  
• Berries - Self Explained.
  

• Local Map - Shows a detailed map of the user's local area. Map will only show areas that the player has already explored.
  
• World Map - Shows a map of the area. Locations already discovered are marked, and new locations are automatically added when discovered. Once discovered, you would be able to teleport or fly to the certain spot.. Or a area close enough to where your heading.
  
• Trainer Card - It shows basic information such as the Trainer's name, the Trainer ID number, the player's gender, the amount of money carried, Gym Badges, Ribbons, Frontier Pass [ When obtained ] And other information about the trainer.
  
• Notes - The notes section keeps a record of all notes that the user has discovered.
  
• Radio - A built in radio receiver that can tune into local radio stations that the player has discovered.
  

Things you must remove:

-"The Poke'dex may also be pointed at a trainer's Poke Ball to determine what kind of Pokemon it contains as well as the Pokemon's move set."
If you remove those, I don't see any reason not to approve it.
