Enter The Dragon! [SHADOW ONLY]

Bidoof was steuck by the icy blast, tumbling backward. When it didn't get back up, it became apparent that Bidoof had fainted. Sen gained 4 exp from the battle!

"Victory." said Juan before he looked at Jackie but the kid ain't beside him anymore. He's standing next to a tree close to them talking to someone over his phone. Juan looked at the kid's face and looks like something serious is happening. Then Jackie hurried back to Juan and said, "Juan, been fun hanging out with you but we'll have to separate. Hope I see you again but my father suddenly collapsed and mom wants me to go home! Good luck on your journey!" said Jackie then he quickly ran away heading back to his home.

(For the sake of him disappearing, he's a waste.)

Juan didn't say anything but prayed that nothing worse will happen. "Sentret, you okay?" asked Juan. The Sentret smiled but not that energetic anymore. "You're tired I know. Take a break, Bagon's taking over for a while." said Juan taking Bagon out. Meanwhile something appears.

A hoothoot was perched on a branch high above them. "Hooo, hooot," it cooed, seeming to ask an eternal question of 'who?'. However, it was well known that the own Pokemon made such a noise, so it wouldn't affect anyone negatively unless they were superstitious. "Whoooo..." it called again, flapping its wings to flutter down to the ground before them. It seemed to be examining Bagon, eyes sharpening. It was using Foresight!!!

Hoothoot, Female. Level 9!

"Why am I so lucky today?" asked Juan. Bagon and Sentret looked at each other with a smile knowing Juan wants the Hoothoot. "It's a girl but oh well, Rage!" said Juan. The party didn't notice that Hoothoot was using Foresight so it worked. Bagon then threw up a ball of Rage!

Hoothoot took the hit, though had a different tactic in mind. Instead of building on Bagon's rage by physically attacking, Hoothoot's eyes began to glow hypnotically. It swayed back and forth, releasing its psychic ability at the foe in attempt to put it to sleep. Hoothoot used Hypnosis!

"Rage!" said Juan knowing Bagon knows how to avoid the Hypnosis. It closed its eyes and used another Rage!

With its eyes closed, Bagon's aim was horrible. Hoothoot used the opportunity to simply fly around, avoiding the Rage attack with ease. It looked at the Bagon, unsude how it managed to dodge right after a Foresight attack. Still, she was determined that the next move go down without a hitch. Her beak sharpened in preparation for the attack, diving down to swoop in above Bagon swiftly, attempting to Peck him.

Right after Bagon opened its eyes, his instincts told him that Hoothoot is heading towards him. He looked up and got hit by the Peck right on its head! Critical hit! Bagon growled in pain as anger filled its veins, it then fired a bigger ball of Rage all by itself! "Exactly what I want." said Juan.

Hoothoot did an aerial maneuvre, managing to avoid the Rage with little more than a nick to her wing. So, she flew a few feet away and landed, facing the opponent. She growled angrily, using her intimidating voice to attempt loweing the foe's attack stat.

Bagon roared louder in its anger but a wound on its head is seen. "We have to go to a Pokemon Center after this." said Juan. 'Coz of the louder roar, Growl failed. "RAGE!" said Juan then Bagon fired up another Rage!

Unfortunately for Juan, since Hoothoot didn't physically attack him again, Bagon's Rage had died back down to base power. However, she still took the hit, immediately retaliating. Her eyes glowed again, staring at Bagon hypnotically, releasing Psychic waves to put him to sleep.

Bagon closed its eyes again as it shook its horizontally at a fast pace along with him throwing up rapid balls of Rage. "Wow. Never seen you like this before." said Juan. Sentret watched the fight, amazed by Bagon's fighting spirit and its power within.

Hoothoot merely ducked, the unaimed balls of rage flying in every other direction. She locked onto her target once more, using Foresight.

Bagon opened its eyes unaware of what Hoothoot is doing. It quickly fired another Rage! "Kinda looks bad." thought Juan.

Hoothoot took the Rage ball, but only because as Bagon was shooting it she was silently attacking. Her psychic waves were sent out hypnotically, determined to put the foe to sleep. Between targeting, and attacking right as Bagon opened his eyes she was sure she had him this time.

Bagon was charging up another Rage when it vanished. He fell to his knees and fell asleep. "Sentret take o-" Juan was interrupted when he saw Sentret dashing towards the Hoothoot in a "ninja-like" way with its paws ready to land a dash-uppercut style Scratch. "My Sentret's such a stylish one." thought Juan. Sentret wanted to use Thunderbolt but Hoothoot might faint and Juan won't be able to capture her then.

Hoothoot quickly fluttered back, Sen's attacking merely nicking her. She hadn't really expected the attack, but it seemed this trainer's tactics weren't that of the usual trainers with their rule books. She angrily growled out at the little scout Pokemon, attempting to lower its attack.

Sentret hopped towards the Hoothoot and covered her mouth with its right paw then it raised its left paw for an uppercut Scratch.

Hoothoot merely pecked at the Sentret's paw when it attempted this. Such a foolish creature, thinking she would let it get away with that!

Sentret got its hand pecked but then he threw up an up-close Shadow Ball!

Hoothoot was shot back by the surprise Shadow Ball, sent reeling into the tree behind her. She plopped to the groung, climbing back up to stand on a foot. Her feathers ruffled, causing her to poof up, seeming larger though it kind of looked more cute than intimidating. However, it was clear she was beginning to get worn down. "Hooot!" she called, flying over quickly with a swoop, aiming to peck Sen again!

Sen easily evaded it. "You're mine!" said Juan throwing a Pokeball to the Hoothoot.

Unexpectedly, Hoothoot's peck attack instead hit the Pokeball, rebounding it. It bounced back, rolling and returning to Juan's feet. What a predicament. Hoothoot rounded about, swooping down for another try at peck!

"Crap." said Juan picking up the ball. Sentret managed to evade again and fire up another Shadow Ball to at least weaken her a little bit.

Hoothoot did a barrel roll, narrowly evading the Shadow ball. She seemed to let out a chuckle at the fact that she'd rebounded the trainer's ball, but her focus for now was the slippery Sentret. She used foresight, locking onto her target as she identified it.
