Starting Journey (Open)

It was a Pleasant day within the New Bark Town Residents, The sun was Glistening brightly in the Cloudless blue sky, a Flock of Pidgeys could be seen flying over the house of a Single young man and his Parents Pokemon.

Bzzzzz! Bzzzzzz! Bzzzzzzzzz!

Soushi had awoken to the sound of an alarm clock, he sat up out of bed drowzily and reached his arms above his head, his body jerked forward as he began to stretch, he looked at the side of his bed to see a large tanned brown egg "Eh...? When will you hatch i wonder?" he reached his hand and felt a warm presence as he touched the shell of the cylinder-like object, a soft smile pierced his lips, he picked the egg up and shifted himself out of bed, standing up and looking at the messy sheets "I'll Fix the bed Later" the boy muttered, huffing a sigh as he turned himself around and began to walk down the stairs, he placed the egg on a cushion in the livingroom and glanced at the Growlithe in the corner of the room "...Gaolee is sleeping it seems, the others must be in their Pokeballs." Today was like any usual day in New Bark Town, everything was always so quiet and subtle, the Grey-white haired boy gave a sigh, shuffling over to a shelf where he placed the Pokeballs with the rest of his parent's Pokemon, He let out a Flareon and a Jolteon, The Flareon was Female and the Jolteon was male, he let out a Pidgeot and a Noctowl both were male.

The Jolteon Pounced at Soushi and the weight of the Pokemon alone almost made the boy topple over "Volt! D-Down boy" the Male cried, he glanced up as the Pokemon started to lick his face rather affectionately then step off of him, Soushi gave the Pokemon a soft pet "S..Sorry boy I can't play today, I have to go on my Journey, I'll leave you guys with Proffessor Elm, He'll take good care of you guys while I'm gone, alright?" the boy calmly explained to the Pokemon, they seemed to understand and nodded in responce, the boy got back to his feet and walked back over to the egg "Volt and Flare, This is your egg right?" The Boy looked back at the Pokemon questioningly, The Two Eeveelutions seemed surprised at his question "Jol...teon?" The electric type said in responce, tilting it's head to the side. Soushi smiled "I'll take good care of it, don't worry" he said calmly as he shuffled back upstairs to get changed into his casual clothes.

He would carry his formal clothes in his backpack should he ever need spare clothes, he slipped on a Blue and white hooded jacket and a orange shirt under it, he zipped up the jacket and found his hat and goggles, he placed the cap on backwards and fixed the goggles over his cap, he slipped on a pair of black shorts with a red stripe at the side of the leg, a pair of black half-way socks and blue and grey sneakers and a pair of fingerless gloves, he Placed a pair of Pyjama's and his formal Clothes into his Backpack and a few spares, he placed his other Breeding materials into the backpack and grinned, he glanced around his bedroom and noticed something was astray "Oh!" he walked over to his bed and fixed the sheets, and walked to the side of his bed, opening the drawers, inside were 5 Pokeballs, the clipped the pokeballs onto his belt and grabbed his backpack.

he ran down the stairs and jumped the last step, he grabbed the Pokemon's Pokeballs and Returned them all to their rightful one, he placed the Pokeballs into his jacket pocket and picked up the egg, the held the egg in one arm and shuffles himself over to the door, he grabs the handle and turns it, opening the door and looks outside "Woah, It's nice and sunny out today" he said calmly, he stepped outside and closed the door behind him, he walks a few more steps and looks behind him 'Goodbye for now, Mom and Dad...I'll come back a better trainer!' the boy thought begining his walk to Proffessor Elm's Lab, it wasn't to far only a two minute walk.

Soushi opened the door and stepped inside "Good morning Proffessor Elm, I'm here for my first Pokemon!" the boy walked towards the back of the Laboratory, He glanced at the Pokeballs inside a Machine, he had his eye on a certain one, the Cyndaquil to be frank, he walked over to the table and picked up the Pokeball containing the Cyndaquil "Your name will be Flame from now on~" Soushi chimed as he took the Pokemon and let it out of it's Pokeball to walk beside him, he turned back to Elm and handed him the Pokeballs from his Pocket "Take care of these guys, Their family to me." He said and turning to take his leave, he glanced at the Cyndaquil beside him "C'mon boy, Lets go We've got a Whole region to see and we've got alot of training to do~!" he chimed.

The Cyndaquil nodded his head and began to walk beside his new trainer shyly, His fire burned brightly among his back as he waddled along, The two began their journey together, Walking out of the Town and into the next route "I wonder what Wild Pokemon will appear for us to catch...?" The small fire-type Pokemon looked up at his trainer "Cynda..quil!" he said happily, They both Stumbled into the fields of grass when a _______ Appeared, The Boy Clutched onto the Tan-ish brown egg Tightly Holding it, Preparing for whatever may happen.

A shaky and shy Jigglypuff was walking. As soon as she saw Soushi, she hid herself in the grass. She didn't like people. Not because they wre mean or cruel or anything. She was just scared. They were so big. They could easily hurt her with just one blow from their foot, even if it was the lightest kick they were capable of. She was very scared. If she ran away then Soushi might notice her. What if he picked her up, and teased her and torchered her! But she was bright pink and white. It was difficult for her to hide as everything else was all green. She then noticed a patch of flowers a short distance away. They were pink and white at the bottom of the petals and were in full bloom. She could easily disguise herself as a flower there. But Soushi was coming. He was roughly five metres away. First of all, was she even in any danger? Second, would he notice her like this? And third, would he see her if she ran away? She had to make a decision quikly. Soushi had now took another step. Jigglypuff erased her breath. Now Soushi would never hear her. Also, she was the balloon Pokemon. She could easily hold her breath for a long time. Now she began to decide again. Soushi was now about to progress by another step. When his foot hit the ground this time, he would only be about four metres away! It was all very stressful. Jigglypuff decided to stay in the end. He took another step.

Jigglypuff suddenly zoned out. Perhaps this would be the last thing she saw. It was so pretty as well. The aroma of flowers clouded up her nostrils. They were so nice. And also pretty. And the grass. It was nice and dark. It was such a beautiful sight. The sky, it was the brighest blue she had ever seen. Soushi had now taken another step. She continued her thinking. Not a single cloud in the sky. The sun was very bright. Soushi was now a step closer. She wondered what it would be like at night. The moon would be so bright. Stars shining, sky clear. She just hoped she would survive after Soushi. She was really scared now. Soushi had taken another step. He now only only about two metres away. Jigglypuff deffinitely not run anymore. It would be far too obvious. She sat and watched. The pink tuft of hair in the top of her hair gently flutttered in the warm breeze. Her eyes shined in the sunlight. She almost looked like a plushie. But of course that wouldn't protect her from whatever Soushi would do. It was still obvious that she was real. She sighed to herself. Of course Soushi wouldn't here that either. She looked down at the grass. Soushi was now only about a metre away. There was deffinitely nothing she could do. If he was every going to notice her, it would be very likely that he had seen her by now. She enjoyed the moment knowing that it could easily be the last.

Soushi watched his Cyndaquil waddle a few steps ahead of him, his fire extinguished so to not burn the flowers or the grass, The boy then glanced down at the egg, he moved his hand and rubbed it a bit making sure to keep it clean and tidy, the Cyndaquil sniffed about a bit "Cynda...Cynda" The scent of the flowers made Cyndaquil Excited and weary at the same time, he was nervous but as long as he had his trainer he was willing to go on, Flame already felt attached to his trainer though he had just met him a few minutes ago, after all Soushi had his eye on him since he would occasionaly come around to Proffessor Elm's lab to help out and feed the Pokemon there, The Fire Mouse Pokemon stopped in his tracks and tugged at the Trainers short leg a bit with his tiny paws "Cyndaquil!" The Cyndaquil stared up at his trainer wanting to be higher so he could see from a view, He had a hunch a Pokemon was near by, but he wasn't sure, he shrugged it off.

Soushi looked down at the small Mouse Pokemon and smiled softly "Hm? You want to see from a view?" The Grey-ish white haired boy happily obliged and kneeled down to the Pokemon's height holding out his arm so it could climb up onto his shoulder, Like a Pikachu he had seen one before when he was little with the tendency to like to travel on their trainers shoulders, Maybe this Cyndaquil was no different, He watched as the Cyndaquil made a happy cry and jolted up his arm and onto his shoulder, two paws holding on to his jacket, the rest of his pody hanging over his back, The young Fire-type sniffed at the air, the aroma was enough make the Pokemon happy, The trainer lifted himself off the floor and began to walk once more.

Steping closer to the hidden Pokemon in the Flowers, at first it was hard to notice the further away they were, now they were closer, maybe they would notice it, or maybe not, The Fire-type glanced around Watching for any action within the grass, he had to look after the trainer after all and make sure he gets around safely, The Cyndaquil was Brave but shy and was willing to battle for his trainer, The Pokemon felt a warmth, this warmth made him happy, Soushi had made the right choice by choosing it to be his partner, The White haired boy gave a Grin, stopping at the flowers where the small pink pokemon was Camoflauged, he gave a grin and a stretch, making sure not to drop the egg or make his Partner fall of his shoulder, The Trainer glanced around a bit, not exactly noticing anything out of the ordinary around him just yet.

The Jigglypuff froze, face turning blue as it panicked. Normally it would easily be able to hold its breath for several minutes, but its racing heart was using up oxygen faster than desired. It felt dizzy as the building tension only grew further when Soushi and the young Cyndaquil paused a little too close for comfort. In fact, it could feel itself shaking, rustling some nearby leaves ever so slightly. Once Soushi knelt, that was it. The Jigglypuff tumbled back a foot or two, the air in its cheeks escaping in a rush and blowing through Soushi's hair as a light "Puufff!!" escaped the poor Pokémon's mouth with it.
