Hello, I'm Rainy, or Raine. I love role playing/writing/reading, but I am, however, new to this particular website. Although I'm a girl, I'm utterly obsessed with Pokemon, and no, my favorite Pokemon is not Pikachu, proving my point that I'm not just saying I like Pokemon. So, do I have to make a form or just jump in?

Hello Raine, I'd recomend that you go to trainer creation thread, if you haven't already, and make your character, it will then either be apporved, or told it needs inprovment. Anyways it is nice to meet you, have a great time.

Indeed. Welcome to the site Raine. You do need to create a Trainer Application and have it approved before you can rp. There's also several regions and god I'm tired and it's the AM for me...
