How does that make any sense? The reason the rule exists is so no one can overload their trainers with pokemon, and also so there is something left for the others, me putting back up a pokemon in exchange nulls both reasons, ESPESIALLY if the pokemon I put back up for adoption is the pokemon I adopted this week.

Oh but you're wrong Titan. That rule exists because someone else might want that larvitar, so it can't be adopted. The rule is here to protect people from acts like this, where you just go and adopt what you want best. Basically its there to stop people from taking the best pokemon before someone else has a fair shot at it. You know, I might want that Larvitar and this rule allows me to take it because it serves to have me get what I want because you ALREADY got what you want. Its there so people get what they want, otherwise ONE PERSON would get constantly what he/she wants. You already adopted what you wanted, now let's give someone else a fair shot at what they want. I'm not a staff member anymore, but I'm just stating this because Nish is offline. I'm pretty sure she's have said nearly the same thing.

As a matter of fact I actually would like to adopt the Larvitar for Alex... I've been planning to do so but hadn't posted it up yet, and just got done posting Alex (finally) last night. I'd like him added to the PC though as I want to get him later down the story line, with an extended personality.

Ryuji hit the nail on the head. Even with the rule in place, I've still lost out numerous times for Pokemon I want. It would be madness without it.

Also, true, Darkrai, no posting irrelevant things in the topic. It's clogged as it is. Slowpoke, your adoption's been accepted, just get someone to do all the crossing off and profile stuff for you.

Didn't you already adopt Vivillion this week, though? So you can't also adopt Charmeleon.

EDIT: Lol, my mistake. You'll get it when an admin or global mod can update the adoption centre, although you'll still need to encounter it in role play somehow.
