do i just create characater?

Yep, use the template though and post your created character in the trainer creation section. That will be where you find the template. Also make sure you read the rules etc and welcome to the site. Im Darknesslord or dl, the moderator of Kanto and Minoru in this site. Minoru is our site's custom region, be sure to check it out.
