Personality:Lotto is often finding new inspiration only to find it meaningless and a waste of time shortly after. This leads to a lack in consistency in his general desires but less effective on his long term dreams overall. He has a love for his pokemon Rose since she was a gift from his mother. He is also quick to anger if someone targets one of his core beliefs but is otherwise quite lax. While mysterious at times he is usually willing to trust people unless he observes something that seems out of the ordinary.
His likes include Pokemon battling, Reading, and Taking care of his Eevee.
His Dislike are Stuck up people, Boring things, and Weak Trainers.

History: Lotto lived a boring life in New Bark Town. His family ran an orchard just outside the village that supplied various fruits for many stores in the region. After coming of age he decided to see the world instead of running the family orchard. Lotto began his pokemon journey around the age of fifteen unlike most of his friends. Lotto received his Eevee named Rose on his birthday from his Mother. A day before Rose and Lotto started there adventure his mother passed away. Ever since then Lotto has treasured Rose since she was the only thing he had to remember her by since they left home.
