Personality: Like most people, Kai has many different sides to his personality, and certain sides show depending on the situation. Around strangers, Kai seems like more of an introvert, not speaking unless he is spoken to. He also carries a somewhat irritated look on his face most of the time, making him seem unapproachable. However, around friends, he acts the complete opposite. He’ll turn into a very outgoing and loud person, almost to the point where some would call him obnoxious. There are times where it doesn’t take long for him to get irritated, and at those times, he puts little thought into what he says and becomes very blunt, making some things that he says seem offensive. Kai isn’t to be trusted when trying to make peace with others either, as when he tries to talk something out, he usually makes the situation worse. This causes him to make many enemies.

History:
Kai was born in raised in the city of Hearthome in the Sinnoh Region as an only child. Having grown up in a place with many different types of Pokemon, he soon grew to love Pokemon and wanted to do something that would involve being with them. He had a rather ordinary childhood and got along with his family very well.
Once he grew older, he decided to move out on his own to Veilstone City. He preferred the location of Veilstone over Hearthome, but he didn’t stay in Veilstone for long. Not too long after owning a home there, he decided to leave on his journey as a Pokemon Trainer.
