Apocalypse Invasion [Friday 13th Event] - First Battle

Saber walked out on the wide, spacious rooftop of the haunted pokemon tower. The air was moist, and the area was half-submerged in white, sickly mist. The girl turned around to the man who followed her, and for the first time, her facial expression changed, as her lips curved in a vile smirk.

Saber: "You are lucky to be here today... or perhaps unlucky?"

She slowly brought out a thick, dark book from the folds of her robe, opened it on a page near the end, and raised her free hand into the air. Immediately, a large circular area in front of her became a black, bubbling swamp of shadow, and a cloaked figure emerged from it, riding a striking white horse and wielding a bow. His face resembled a skull, and on his head was a golden crown. Saber has already all but forgotten about Varaug, and the horseman didn't even notice him.

Saber: "I beckon thee, White Rider! The day of your advent has come! Unleash despair and suffering upon this mortal world!"

(this is where Doragon comes in, make a flashy entrance)

Varaug watched and sighed"so this is her plan"

(I don't picture an avatar of apocalypse seeking out lazy heroes at their birthday parties. Let's put this thread on hold while your char is at it)

Doragon landed,with Garchomp returned,and several troops behind him"who are you and what do you want?"says Doragon looking at the 3 people.


Varaug sighed"i dont know,it's all her and its plan"says Varaug pointing to saber and her spiritomb.

Spiritomb: "We're done here. Let's leave."
Spiritomb fizzled and evaporated into the air. Saber cast a glance on Doragon and disappeared in a burst of purple flame.

White Rider turned his horse to Doragon and faced him.

White Rider: "You dare play with Death, human? I would allow you to get out of my way, but too late. Fight me! If you win, I will leave the world to its misery for a while longer. If you lose, your soul will be the first I will feast upon."

White Rider sent out Red Gyarados
Red Gyarados used Rain Dance

Varaug followed and dissapeared with them

Doragon grinned"prepare to lose you freak"says Doragon feeling a bit dizzy,but ignoring it,then sending out his own gyarados"use hydro pump"says Doragon as gyarados uses hydro pump,it increasing its power from the rain.

Red Gyarados used Blizzard
The blizzard swept across the roof, freezing the Hydro Pump water and peppering Gyarados with sharp icicles. Rain also turned into Hail.

(XD that'd be cool if you could do that in the game)

gyarados had a freezing chunk of ice heading towards the red gyarados,then gyarados used dragon dance,raising his attack and speed.

Red Gyarados used Demonic Valor
Red Gyarados is surrounded by evil flames, melting the ice chunk thrown at it, and becoming more powerful.

Red Gyarados used Hydro Pump
The water became boiling hot and with the flames, burning a swath through the iced roof towards Gyarados.

Gyardos managed to barely dodge,then used hyper beam at the other gyarados, a giant beam energy flying at gyarados,mostly at his head.

Red Gyarados used Bide

The energy beam hit him right across the front, and he appeared hurt, but the Demonic Valor slightly decreased the damage and Red Gyarados was charging up for a counterattack, seeing that the enemy had to rest after using Hyper Beam.

Gyarados had rested,tired from his hyper beam,but stared at The other gyarados.

Red Gyarados released Bide

The hyper beam hurt, but now Red Gyarados was going to retaliate. He released the pent-up energy in a huge red wave towards the opponent.

Gyarados managed to make it so he only got somewhat hit,but still took a good amount of damage.

"Gyarados,use Dragon Rage"says Doragon as Gyarados sends a huge amount of purple flames from his mouth at the other gyarados.

Red Gyarados used Agility

With great speed, he flew out of the flames' path and began to circle around his opponent, waiting for opportunity to strike while ready to dodge anything thrown at him.

Doragon saw the pattern"heh,gyarados,use Hydro pump"says Doragon as Gyarados spun 360 several times with his hydro pump,fast from his dragon dance earlier.

Gyarados was fast, but Red Gyarados was even faster with his stacked Agility and Demonic Valor. Red Gyarados took a frontal hit from the attack and got sent flying towards the sky. He looked hurt. The area was flooded with water from all the Hydro Pumps, with Red Gyarados in the air and his enemy in the water. Seeing as not even the fasterst pokemon can travel faster than lightning,

Red Gyarados used Thunderbolt

Gyarados got majorly shocked but recovered from it quickly,then saw that gyarados was in the sky,and he can't dodge in mid air without flying,so he used a hyper beam,sending it straight for the gyarados.

Red Gyarados used Light Screen

A shiny shield appeared in front of the pokemon, weakening the hyper beam on the way. The beam hit Red Gyarados, who now looked pretty beat up, but well enough to move.

Gyarados was unable to move,since it had to recharge from the hit"heh,gyarados,your doing awesome"says Doragon looking at the red gyarados

Red Gyarados used Body Slam

The pokemon braced himself and made a sky dive right for the opponent, ramming him with all his weight.

Gyarados saw this and got hit,incredibly hurt now and fainted."return gyarados"says Doragon returning gyarados,then sending out mewtwo"use shock wave"says Doragon as mewtwo used shock wave on the gyarados,while it was in the water.
