The morning Sun shone brightly in the sky as Tanis ran through the streets of Petalburg City with his companion, Torchic, following close behind. They were in a hurry it seemed, as Tanis rushed through groups of people and bounded past the Pokémon Center and the Gym. The duo began to reach the outskirts of the city within a few minutes.
I hope that old man's still around!
Tanis had heard rumors about an old man who lived nearby with a boat, and who traveled to Dewford City often. Eager to visit his hometown, Tanis ran out into Route 104 and spotted a small cabin next to the shoreline.
That's gotta be it, let's go Torchic!
