Ok, So im a fan of this. A great custom pokemon.

My only issue is the stats, 600 and above stats are reserved for Psuedo legendaries - Legendaries and Mega Evo pokemon, so im going to ask you reduce the max stats, perhaps some where around the 300 to 350 mark seeing as this is the beginning and pre-evo form of this pokemon.

The only issue i have is the amount of moves learned via levelling up, So im going to ask that you go through the moves of them and designate ONE move only per level, trying to keep a minimum of two levels apart from learning new moves

The first evo needs to have its moves edited so only one move occupies the levels with a gap in between of a few, as does your second [only one move can/will be learned at level 100] and the same for the third form.

The very first creation still has multiple moves given to a single level, a few are given to level 30, two to level 6 and a few at level 35. One per level.
