A young pale haired boy exited the ship and paused as he looked around in utter confusion. Lifting the map his mother had given him of the Kanto region and then looking around he would quickly discover that nothing matched! "... What." It would be far too late however... The ship that had dropped him off had already began to sale away leaving the poor Orren stranded in maybe the one place he had never heard of. No one from Agate Village had ever mentioned the Hoenn region after all.

"....Great..." Looking around he would set his gaze on the beach and ran down asking a person where exactly he was. LUCKILY! It was just a kid who didn't want to battle. Rosa most likely wasn't up for it especially since he didn't know where they were. All he got was Hoenn and if he headed east he would reach Petalburg City. Thanking the kid Elijah would head off... yet paused wondering what he could find here and what type of Pokemon were native to Hoenn... and what type of trainers there were.

If he ran into one along the way so be it. If not he would find himself approaching Petalburg City and hopefully being able to discover what there was to do here. A way to get to Kanto or perhaps if the League here in Hoenn was worth the challenge.

As the boy was walking around he would probably notice that he was getting closer to a small desert like area. Around him and the soft seeable path were boulders and pettels all from diffrent sizes. It was pretty hot in the area around him, the place seemed a bit like ti didn't belong here. However when the boy had landed on the beach it had been quite a hot day in sinnoh. There was allways a chance that this was a mirage not being reality but just a plaything of his brain and mental capabilities. However what the boy didn't knew was that there was a pair of black eys following the boy from when he had walked in its territory.

There were a few small grass patches on the ground and the pokemon was hiding behind of of the thicker ones. If he would have been hiding behind one of the softer and more see throught ones he would have been easily seen due to its special colour of skin. The pokemon had blue skin with big eyes. Furthermore it had a kind of haircome that seemed like it was made from polished rock or something that was really hard. He watched as the young kid walked further sometimes going from patch of grass to patch of grass very carefull not to raise suspicion. He wanted to know what the boy was doing here and depending on that he would attack or help the boy he just would have to find the right time to come out when he would have made his decision.

Elijah paused and looked around. Not that he didn't hear anything. Even a creature moving quickly through the grass ... Perhaps it was the heat or a Trainer or young pokemon sneaking up on him it didn't matter. He FELT it near. Even if he couldn't see it. Elijah said nothing as he lifted a Pokeball into the air and tossed it upwards.

It would erupt with a Emerald and Silver light as something began to form.... Something ... Extremely.. tiny. A Budew. ... Well that wasn't very intimidating now was it?

"Rosa.... Leaf Storm." Was all he said. It seems Elijah didn't like being spied on. And was ordering Rosa to strike at hte grass. Maybe to cut it down and reveal what ever energy was hiding there? Hopefully it wasn't another trainer or this might hurt.

Rosa raised a brow and sighed gently. Quickly moving into action to unleash the move she knew purely because her mother had known it. The LEaf storm towards an area of grass where Elijah was pointing.

The pokemon watched as he saw that the boy was looking around him for something. Was he searching for something or had he actually heard him throught the grass. He was a pokemon that could be really quiet if he wanted to and had tried so now having fooled a lot of trainers that had come throught here. He wondered as he looked at the boy getting ready for something to happen. Its guts were telling him there would be a fight very soon and he looked at him throwing some kind of metalic looking object into the air. It was red at the top and white at the bottom as it gave of a kind of gleam when the sunlight reflected on the metalic surface.

The pokemon watched as the pokeball opened in a kind of silver and emerald-ish light erupted from it slowly taking in a form that ooked like a kind of plant with a happy face on its tummy. He hoped the boy would have something of water with him otherwise his grass pokemon wouldn't like the heat. However the pokemon was startled when he whitnessed a hurrican or tornado rather shoot his way from the tiny grass pokemon. He couldn't fathom how it was possible that such a tiny grass pokemon was able to launch such a huge attack.

The pokemon jumped outside of the grass patch and just in time seeing the grass patch being cut everywhere until it looked like a bush that was well kept by a gardener. The pokemon appeare to be a bagon. In the jump the pokemon shot to the beduw head down going for a headbutt. This pokemon had a strong skull so the beduw would have to watch out cause this wouldn't be an easy battle for it.

"A Bagon? Here. Well I must say that is unexpected. Rosa you need to dod-" It was too late. This was Rosa's FIRST battle ever after all. And here she was up against a Dragon-Type Pokemon Bagon. Elijah watched with wide eyes as she was hit head on by its hard head and sent flying backwards bouncing against the ground a few times. The Budew growled or rather growled as good as she could. It really didn't sound like one. "Lets try this again Rosa! Get up and use Stun Spore! We can't win on a head on battle like this!" He called out to his partner.

"Bu!" She called out. Of course to the Other pokemon or anyone who understood them they would hear. "Duh!" The little rose bud erupted upwards into the air spiraling through the sky and released a golden orange mist of powder all over the battle field. Its purpose? To immobilize or atleast TRY And immobilize the Bagon though... how often did Stun spore even work? Not often.

The bagon listened as the human began to talk and he could understand human language. It wasn't weird for bagon to appear in these kind of area's. It was a plane and a dry one too where dragon pokemon were shown a lot, this boy obviously didn't know anything about the hoenn pokemon and where they would be able toappear as he watched the pokemon, fall over due to his headbutt. He was really glad that he had hit the pokemon of the grass type. He knew that he would win this battle since grass wasn't really effective against dragon but he knew he was able to do a lot of damage as he watched between the boy and his small flower bud pokemon.

The pokemon got the order from its trainer but it was obvious that she understood since she awnsered with ''duh'' and the pokemon shot up spiraling throught the sky as an orange mist had erupted from the pokemon. The pokemon tried to escape the powder however it made it pretty hard for the pokemon since it had a pretty heavy head. It was able to shoot up quickly when it was using its headbutt but not otherwise. The powder from the pokemon hit the bagon and electric soft beams were all around the pokemon making it known he was paralyzed. The pokemon tried to get in with another headbutt but in the middle it fell as it was paralyzed and fell to the ground and waiting for another attack.

"Great Job Rosa with that direct hit from the Stun Spore! Bagon should be a lot easier for you!" Elijah called out a fire lighting in his eyes. The boy began to evaluate the situation. Bagon was a Dragon-Type and Rosa was a Grass...That would mean no matter what move was used in this battle the Pokemon would take less damage since Dragon types were extremely good at taking Grass type attacks with little to no damage. "Right... Lets try this! Energy Ball!"

Rosa danced a little bit and straight up stuck her tongue out at the Bagon before her body began to glow as did the grass around her that wasn't destroyed by her leaf storm. Absorbing the energies of nature infront of her tiny mouth a tiny green ball of energy would appear. Growing larger and larger until the orb was sent flying from her. A move he had taught to her from a TM He was given back in Agate Village. It was her only real damaging move aside from Leaf Storm. "TAKE THAT!"

The bagon hated the fact that a small grass pokemon had been able to hit him with its stun spore. That attack had a really big failing chance, which made it unpopular with most trainers but a lot used by coordinators cause you could really ''dassle'' the judges in the competitions and drive the crowd wild. However no matter what the pokemon would use he wouldn't take as much damage to him being a dragon type and grass wasn't the most effective type against dragon so he would at least be able to do somethign against the small pokemon.

He listened to the trainer as an energy ball was ordered and watched the small grass pokemon dance a bit, ,stick her tongue out at him and then it began to absorb the energy from the grass around the pokemon that hadn't been destroyed. At a certain point apparantly the orb had reached its max and shot towards him. The bagon gave an annoyed look, took a step to the side and the attack missed as he jumped up and shot towards the budew for another headbutt as this time the stun spore wasn't stopping him from flying towards the small grass pokemon and the trainer who was giving orders to the pokemon so he would be able to defeat him.

"Tsk... Well that didn't work. Rosa! Dodge it this time!" Elijah called out quickly. Rosa couldn't take these hits and keep fighting. And just his luck right? First time to leave Orre. Show up in the wrong region because clearly this wasn't Kanto. He had a feeling it was Hoenn or Sinnoh... He would find out soon enough. So not only was he lost but he also had to run into a Dragon-Type Pokemon. "Lets see.. lets... Ah! Rosa! Bagon should be stuck in the momentum of its Head butt! Try to get behind it and make your Leaf Storm follow it!" He said quickly.

Rosa had learned from last time and would jump out of the way of Bagon's head butt. Attempting to maneuver herself behind it another Tornado of Leaves being called forth from the ground around her. With a rather charmingly adorable battle cry she would release it in the direction of the Bagon... Or rather she would attempt to should she be able to get behind it. She didn't know JUST how fast it was.

The bagon was flying towards the opponent when he saw the small cute grass pokemon jump out of the way. He wondered how this was even possible it was not that he hadn;t expected something like this to happen but he wasn't sure how the pokemon would be able to dodge this attack by just stepping aside. He could hear the trainers idea and he immedialtely had a counter idea. The leaf storm was following him but not catching up as he went straight to a rock wall with a smirk on its tiny face. When it reached the hill it turned around so its feet were facing the hill while flying and when the tiny little feet hit the hill he jumped of. Doing this it increased the speed and power as it unleashed another headbutt.

By having used the speed from before to set himself of against the rocky hill the speed would have increased and when speed would increase with a headbutt the power would also increase due to the hard impact its head would have against the other pokemon. However the pokemon wasn't going throught the leaf storm. When it had reached the hill it had jumped slightly above it lowering his speed and also the extra impact and damagge since he wouldn't just go back the same route but it was worth it since he wouldn't take any damage from the leaf storm. Now he was getting closer at the small grass pokemon at an accelerated rate and since there were hills everywhere you could see he could repeat this over and over, so increasing his speed and power. However he had to keep trying to dodge everything. Better safe then sorry right ?

That was it. Rosa was not that powerful of a Pokemon and the massively accelerated Bagon had hit her once again head on with its Headbutt sending the girl flying high upwards and causing her to crash onto the ground hard. Not moving. She was down for the count. And thankfully enough away from Bagon now that if he did attack her again Elijah might be able to block it... though ow would that hurt.

"Gah Rosa!" Elijah called forth and would run outwards making sure to keep her Pokeball in hand as he skidded to a slow stop onto his knees next to the Grass-Type. "Rosa are you alright?" He asked her and reached outwards. A silvery mist of a light around his palm before he pulled back remembering the great warning from the Elders of Agate.

'The last in the village to possess these gifts used the power to restore Celebi. The act killed him. Do not use the power of healing no matter the cost. You will die.'

Pulling back Elijah smacked his hand until the light went away. It seemed to have a mind of its own. Though it was his own Aura reacting to the desire to keep Rosa safe. "Don't worry Rosa. We are close enough to a town we can get you t o a Pokemon Center an-" He paused and looked at her. Her own emerald aura blazing brightly. Battered bruised she was just too weak to keep fighting. Not in any mortal danger like he had assumed.

"Oh shut it. I'll be fine..." Rosa spoke out. To everyone around them however.. "Budew." Elijah understood her and gasped before her aura subsided and how ever her had grasped her words faded with that. And now all he heard was "Bu Bu Dew." Perhaps it was imagined.

Elijah would pull out her Pokeball and hold it forth. "Right you'll be fine. Go ahead and take a rest. Lets not have you fight Dragon Types while you are still a baby okay?" A beam of red light shooting forth digitizing the Pokemon and returning her to the orb which carried her.

Gaze shifting once more Elijah looked at the Bagon wondering if it still wanted to fight. But then again he had initiated it didn't he? He reacted before having all the facts and that resulted in Rosa being injured. "Hey Bagon! Gotta say you are one impressive Pokemon. Sorry about the attack. But if you still want to fight I'm afraid i'm down for the count. Rosa was all I had." He didn't know if the Dragon could even understand him. Yet this was how it was now. The boy and the Dragon. THe flower out. And it was up to Bagon to see how this would play out. Would it walk off? Or continue. He had barely scratched it... if he was smarter maybe he could have caught it aswell.

The bagon looked with a surprised expression on the blue dragon pokemons face as he watched the budew being hit by his attack. It was obvious that he had won as he jumped aorund happily and watched the trainer do something he had never seen before. Some weird kind of light came from his hands but after some time he began to slap his hand over and over until the light had faded. It was pretty weird to see something like this which he had not expected. It didn't seem normal to him was this human special or did all humans have this abillity. He would probably never find out however he would have liked to be able to know this. But his attention was now set on the budew of the trainer. The pokemon was in a weak state and he had not ment to ravage the grass pokemon so much allready.

He could obviously understand the pokemon language but he still felt really bad about doing this to the baby grass pokemon as he walked to the trainer who was explaining to him that he had fought a pretty impressive battle and that he was apologizing for the attack that his pokemon had done. However he couldn't even remember an attack anymore that had hit him. He walked closer and nodded the pokemon with his face as he had a really worried look on his face. It was obvious he was very scared he might have killed or really hit the pokemon too hard. He may be a dragon pokemon but this was a dragon pokemon with a heart of gold as he wondered if he maybe had taken it too hard on the pokemon and wanted the little beduw to be ok.

Elijah smiled softly as Bagon approached. Half expecting the dragon to just bolt off into the grass or trees after it had achieved victory. Yet it seemed somewhat perplexed... It must have seen the aura that was being produced by the human's hand. His palms raised Elijah's brow furrowed. Maybe... He concentrated... Maybe Bagon would understand him... maybe not he didn't know. He did know however that he wouldn't understand bagon back.

"I don't know what it is called... Someone called it Life Energy in Agate Village. And that is apparently very rare.. in the Orre Region.." He paused. And realized he was trying to explain something he didn't fully comprehend to a Pokemon. How pathetic. "If it was Rosa you were wondering about. She will be fine as soon as I get her to a Pokemon center. Some rest and she will be fine. Y'know you were her first fight. Ever." Now he wished he could truly understand Pokemon. He reached into his bag and searched around. "Let's see... I know when another Trainer beats you; Usually one offers up money.. I don't know what use you would have for money little guy. But, I can give you... This." He pulled out a small bundle and unwrapped it. Revealing small Caramel Munchlax shaped candies and held one out to Bagon. "Here ya go." A carefree smile on the boys face.
