[b]Appearance: Antonio is fairly tall, with an overall height of around 5 feet and 9 inches. He has jet-black hair and light copper skin, with deep brown eyes. He is slightly wiry and fairly muscular - a little above average. He typically wears long, blue jeans along with an orange shirt and black, unbuttoned jacket. He does not wear glasses, and has a slight scar that runs from the tip of his left eyes to his hairline. [/b]

[b]Personality: Antonio is an extremely empathetic, and can relate to most people in distress. He is always thinking - more a curse than a blessing, and is extremely respective of the ancient honor codes, and believe that if one reneges upon their word then they are turning their back on society. He has a sense of justice about him, and, as one would expect from an empathetic person, feels overly loyal to his family and friends, and will do absolutely anything to help them. Sometimes his belief in honor and collateral respect can get him in trouble (whether it be in a battle, against an opponent who does not share similar views, or in life) and his loyalty could be his downfall. He values the lives of pokemon to be equal to those of a human - and has zero tolerance for those who would abuse the creatures.[/b]

Antonio does not rely on predetermined strategy, and has the tendency to adapt or form a new, creative way in order to thwart attacks or break defenses. A downside of this is his reluctance to pull pokemon out of battles, as his loyalty towards them warrants a reckless belief that they will win.[/b]

[b]Past Experience / History:

Antonio was born to wealthy parents Justin and Victorie Herrera. His family had come from humble beginnings, and valued character over education. (As was the olden tradition). His mother sent him to private tutors after school, so Antonio was always excellent at academics - shining primarily in the literary fields. An ancient tradition dating back hundreds of years required men and women to become warriors at the age of 16. This path to become a warrior would be the road of a trainer, and it was a role the young child was born into.

Antonio began to prepare for his journey ever since the age of six. To most children, the pokemon adventure was casual - almost a game. To him, it was a path of ancestry. He had watched his father's  Feraligatr literally glide across the water, and had often wondered how he would ever be able to become good enough to tame such a powerful beast. On his twelfth birthday, he was given a test to answer his questions of doubt. His father have him one ultra ball, and told the young child to venture out into the nearby Safari and find a partner. He was walking along, when he noticed an egg sitting on a path. Antonio walked up to it to touch it, and, as he did, felt a massive roar wash against him. It was a female Charizard. Suddenly, there was a crash and the dragon was blasted away. His father's Feraligatr had followed (on Justin's instructions) Antonio. The female stumbled, tried to push herself up, and then collapsed and died. Antonio stared, wondering if Feraligatr killed it - then noticed a gaping hole in front of the female's head. Someone had shot it. And, right from that moment, he made himself sure that he would find out who.[/b]
