(Sounds good to me :p)
"H-Hey!" Solena exclaimed, quite startled by the sudden twist in events. Before she could even comprehend what was going on, the area around her started filling with putrid smoke, blotting out everything and causing her eyes to fill with tears to alleviate the stinging. She could barely see her own hand out in front of her, let alone the trainer that so expertly swiped her belonging. She couldn't stop her reflexes from clutching her stinging eyes and forcing them shut, hunching over slightly on impulse. A cough wracked her lungs, and the strong scent of the smoke burned in her nose as she shut her mouth tightly, not wanting to take in any more of the thick fumes than necessary.
What the hell?! Vek's voice echoed in her head, and she felt the Noibat shift, taking to the air with a hasty beat of his wings. Without need for Solena to tell him what to do, he started to rapidly flap his wings in quick succession, creating a breeze strong enough to clear up the air around Solena. Soon, Iccus joined in, flapping her more bulky wings in the opposite direction of her companion, slowly dispersing the Smokescreen. One more cough escaped Solena's chest, but she quickly inhaled deep gulps of fresh air. Scala had narrowed her eyes as she moved closer to her trainer's legs, prepared to defend the group in necessary. I'm going to strangle whoever just did this! His thoughts turned toward Galahad for a moment, but Solena dismissed them, pointing out that he wouldn't have done anything of the sort and gotten himself into the thick of it as well. Besides, she retorted, what would his motives be? The Noibat had no reply to that.
As the Smokescreen began to fade, it was clear that Iccus was in as much as a dour mood as Vek now was. Her once pure, white wings were covered in dark smog, and her eyes gleamed with a cruel malice that rarely showed on the bird Pokemon. The taste of the pollution of her pristine self was beyond disgusting, and she wouldn't go through with trying to clean all of it off in the current situation. Instead, the prideful bird glared around them, looking for the source. It was clear that she would give no mercy, and Solena didn't need to see into her mind to know that.
In the chaos of the fray, it was unclear that anything on her person had been taken. That is, until her eyes met a young man quite close to them fiddling with an oddly familiar... no, really familiar Holocaster. "H-Hey," she sputtered, storming toward Listor, "that's mine!" Her Pokemon were very eager to back up, sharing a glare to match their trainer's. Iccus had a look of pure, unrelenting evil gleaming on her eyes, and the now dark tint of her fur and wings only heightened the terrifying appearance of the Swablu. If looks would kill, Listor wouldn't have stood a chance. The only Pokemon that hadn't reacted was Thanatos, who kept a keen eye on the group but didn't make a move toward Listor. It wasn't necessary for him to intervene at the moment, so he merely stood his ground with the same confidence Listor displayed, watching the events unfold.
