Smith holds his chest out, and looks everyone in the eye. He walks tall with his head high, showing that he's proud of who he is. He speaks clearly and slowly enough so that everyone hears what he has to say. He makes eye contact when talking to people, which shows that he is comfortable with himself.

Personality:
Looks are important, but not nearly as important as being who you are. Smith is less concerned with how he comes off to other people and more concerned with having fun, joking around, talking about his interests, and doing what he wants to do. He has a good sense of humour.

Smith is a charming person who walks confidently into a room and can talk to anyone he passes with ease, humor, and a smile on his face. He is able to flatter an eighty-year-old woman or crack up an eight-year-old boy; being truly charming, he has the magic touch that lets him make everyone feel at ease in his presence.

He's also witty, sharp, and able to offer incisive and clever comments at the right moment.

Sometimes he is impatient and often there are days where Smith doesn't feel like himself and becomes emotionally fragile. While he's able to remember the names of strangers he meet, he is forgetful at other things such as school lessons, reminders or a set of instructions.

History:
Smith's parents are alive and well. He has a younger sister and an older brother. He was born among his middle-class parents. He grew up working for a rich man as an errand boy and used his street smarts to carry out legal tasks in exchange for cash. He worked so hard at a young age and his parents were lucky in life that they won the third price in the lottery, and have received money enough for them to buy a new house in a metropolis city like Celadon and get a new start.

A year after the Locker family moved to Celadon, Smith accomplished many things. He graduated, became one of the popular boys in the entire city, and often participated in local environment friendly projects. But, things weren't all godly perfect. Smith tried to make deep connections with each girl on several occasions, but it's never worked out. Well, there was only one girl but the relationship only lasted for two months because Smith found out that the girl was cheating on him. He also got framed for murder by a very bored sadist but all thanks to his fame, lack of witness and evidence, and respect that people had for Smith, everyone testified about how innocent Smith is and they won against the law.

When Smith's father brought him to Johto's Safari Zone, Smith captured a Houndour and became good friends with it.

This app looks pretty good. However to start I think the battle style needs to be at least one paragraph so I suggest adding a few lines. Then houndour his moveset. I know that you didn't want to have him like infinite moves however it is usual the pokemon knows all the pokemon it would be able to know together with an EM and a TM. This is usually just for the mods so you can make a lot of diffrent situations where the mod can work with and make some nice combo's which could be nice for battle as a trainer and which could give you the advantage of having diffrent moves which could be the thing that could win you the battle against an opponent with an opponent that has the effective type against you.
