Here you will buy things that you may not buy at a normal shop!" *The dark figure says as it point to a normal everyday alley. But he then pushes a button, and a container moves away, reavealing a huge market, bar and all.* "But of course, being a black market, not anyone can know its contents. Send me a Secret Message, or PM for short, and I shall show you the content and prices of the blackmarket. And maybe one day, I will reaveal it to the public, or at least, those who I trust." *The dark figure then steps back into the shadows of the alley and disapears*

If its a bad character, mods can just not approve it and the person gets their PP back, and also, its now no longer a blackmarket, since you told everyone what it is. You are banned from the blackmarket. (Note to self: DONT pm mods with the blackmarket)

Dude it wouldn't matter, the ONLY way to transfer PP is through administrators. They aren't going to transfer PP if they don't know what it's for, anyway.

I never asked you to come to the black market, if you dont want to, fine with me. admin's dont care if a person asks for his pp to be transferd to someone else's acount

Titan, this is pointless. Who would want someone else to create a character for them? Think about it. Bluntly, especially not from someone like you, who have out of placed characters like a vampire and a kid with a cyber suit whatsoever.

This topic went wrong in one place I see: there wasn't an idea specifically stated, instead it was privately messaged to a single staff. It was never presented here in a form other than what a staff member said. Then, when disagreement was given, a "ban" from the idea that isn't even finalized or discussed completely yet was thrown (Shenanigans, i call shenanigans on that). As per the idea of allowing character creation by others... I don't honestly mind that. I think it's kinda awesome that someone wants to make another a character, and if asked, I don't see why not. My two beefs with it are: who would make the characters; and why would you charge?

With a past of god-modding, I don't feel as though you, Kronos, should be making characters. Yes, it's as simple as 1-2-disapprove if the character is overpowered, but in some aspect, all of your characters have crossed boundaries that shouldn't have been crossed. Just to speculation, but if that's happened with your characters, then what's stopping you from saying "Well, you approved this" if you make someone else a character (with a bit too much power) and it gets approved?

Why would you even charge? If it were me, and I got requested to make a character, I'd take it at that and use what I was given to make a unique character for that individual (since I'd feel a bit of honor over someone wanting my help). Now, if the same user asks me over and over, I'm bound to tell them that this is an RP site, and they should try their hand at making a character. I wouldn't charge them for it.

How would you handle charges through PP? And why PP? There are other currencies on the forum that are easier to handle than PP, since mods, alongside administrators, can handle other currencies such as pokedollars. It's like your asking a trade: a character application for an item or something else. To include with this, what cycle would you use? Chr Request - Create Chr - Take Payment - Give Chr or the like?

There are so many questions that aren't necessarily answered in this topic, and for that, I have to disapprove of it.

Having been following this entire topic I finally have decided that I too disapprove of this shop.

(Including you using it without staff permission as, that could be considered an illegal move (Not real illegal but, site illegal, by the site rules that staff make the final decision))
