Personality: Steve is hardworking, never gives up, likes to train new moves to his Pokemon. As a friend, he'd protect you and have a lot of care.
History:

Steve Fox, a WBO boxing champion and is the old rival of Hwoarang Doo San. The rivalry between the WBO Boxing Champion and the Taekwondo Blackbelter began with a mis-understanding by Steve's coach and Hwoarang's coach. At first, the two students never reacted and let the two coaches trashtalk each other until one day, Steve's coach and Hwoarang's coach, Baek, fought on the dojo where Hwoarang trains. The blackbelt tried to stop the fight but he can't, so he helped his coach by having a sharp kick on the boxing coach's jaw but they didn't knew that Steve was there outside and he saw what happened to his coach so the champion ran inside and a battle began. In the end, Steve lost.

The friendship of the two started when they were both walking along the dark streets and they saw each other but they ignored each other, suddenly a gang surrounded them and tried to rob them or they die. They don't have Pokemons yet so the two had no choice than to help each other in order to survive. In the end, they managed to survive and they found out that they make a good team so the friendship began and they encouraged their coaches to talk to each other and have peace, it was succesful until Hwoarang had an injury from a harsh fight and began to be a trainer. Steve retired from boxing but still practices, he now plans to be a Pokemon trainer as well.

After some weeks from the night that they became friends, Steve's uncle died and he gave Steve the oppurtunity and obligation to take care of his uncle's Elekid. Steve accepted it and it became his. For some weeks the two had problems getting along with each other, but, one day, Steve is about to do some jogging but Elekid wants to go so he agreed. After a jog, the Elekid felt close to him and Steve made the Elekid as his first Pokemon as a trainer.
