Blair is usually quite quiet around strangers but tends to be quite loud and funny around friends. He is quite nice and kind but will not let you take advantage of it. He is quite naïve and slightly easy to fool He is also quite gullible. He is very clumsy and knocks thing over a lot. He doesn’t really get angry easily but when other people are angry it tends to make him angry back at them.
History:
Growing up in Nimbassa City Blair had a pretty normal life. When he turned 10 instead of getting a Pokemon and going on a journey he decided to get his Pokemon and then stay for a few years and attend Trainer School to learn first the basics and then advanced strategies of Pokemon battling. Every day he would watch contest battles and normal battles and take notes of what the trainers did. When he did turn ten the Pokemon he got was a Riolu. It already knew some moves but he never trained it to learn any new ones. Every year his family went to the fair, and on the way back his family took him to the Battle Sub When he was 13 he left Trainer School and decided to go on his journey.
