Personality: He is an Intelligent well studied child and very intrigued by Pokemon abilities, attributes, and DNA. He loves going into deep thought, deep conversations, and reading. He hates close-minded people and can't stand not knowing things and will do whatever it takes to get the information as long as it's within HIS morals.
History: Born in Lavender Town, Dravocn got used to the ghosts and Ghost type Pokemon and was fascinated with all of their moves. He was curious if their could be more Pokemon and if their traits could be mixed, in fact he read up on anything about Pokemon he could get his hands on. When he turned ten he went straight to the nearest Pokemon Laboratory and was the first since he slept in front of it waiting to get his first Pokemon. He got the Psychic type because he was convinced that psychic types were intelligent. The men in his town were complete jerks so he was glad that his Pokemon was female. He named her after his great grandmother that he visited everyday in the Lavender Town tower and set off on his adventure.

You could add more length. Personally it really doesn't matter to me as long as it meets around the minimums, but someone else might think you should add more length to the personality and history.

Abra can be up to Lv12 if you wish, can know an EGG Move and a TM Move, it's ability should be either of the following three; Synchronize, Inner Focus, or Magic Guard. You might've meant Inner Focus, because I compared Serebii.net to Bulbapedia, and I don't know if Instinct is even an ability.

Could you narrow down your trainer type? It's fine for them to dabble in each, but they should specifically be one thing: focusing on Breeding for a Breeder, battles for a Trainer, and Contests for a Coordinator, a Trainer can still do contests, but you should have one trainer type that reflects your character's main focus.

Also, if he is going to be an Aura Trainer, could you explain how exactly he got and learned about his power, or if he even knows about it? There's nothing currently that points to him being an Aura Trainer, so if he is going to be one, please further explain it in the History.
