Hunting for the Ghastly Chain

Hana had managed to heal up both Blaze and Slash, and after testing out the Weavile to see what moves he had, he was off to Mt. Pyre, the interior of it to be exact, in order to find a very specific Ghost Pokemon. He was off hunting for one of the Ghastly chain, either Ghastly himself, Haunter, or the most assuredly rare Gengar. The Ghastly chain was fast, had high offensive abilities, and even offered type coverage for both Ghost and Poison types. It was, essentially, a Pokemon he had to have.

A Drifblim swooped down and cryed, "Blim." It floated around for a while, then strings swooped down. Some began to tug and play with his hair, and some tried to pick him up. Then he had a sudden mood swing. "Blimm!" he said harshly, his eyes growing cold and cruel. His eyes turned a horric red with a hint of yellow around his pupils, and his strings slithered down Hana's body. They then tightened.

Drifblim used Constrict!

Hana had heard the call of a wild Drifblim, and turned to look at it. Hana noticed the change in the wild Ghost/Flying Pokemon, and decided against battling it. He was being strategic, as he wanted his Pokemon to be in top shape in order to capture the Pokemon he wanted. So, he ran from the Drifblim as it attempted to attack him, managing to get away from it.

As he ran he bumped into a Duskull. Duskull's eyes got a little angry, not as in primitive, more of a 'watch where you're going' face. He turned his face with a "Dusk," in the same tone a human would say "Hmph."

Hana, in a rare moment, actually sweatdropped and scratched the back of his head when he bumped into the Duskull. Duskull was a pure Ghost type, but it didn't have the proper speed, or the type coverage he wanted, so he quickly continued on his search for the Ghastly chain.

As Duskull floated away to join its friends, a Shedinja could be see watching. It flew over and blushed.
"Shed!" it said with enthusiasm. He seemed to be shy but wanted to be friends.

While the Shedinja wasn't what he was looking for, the shy creature wasn't putting up a fight. If anything, she seemed to want to be friends. The Shedinja could prove useful against some creatures, and from what he read up on, Shedinja's had good physical attack. With Wonder Guard, there was no need to be faster, since only super effective attacks would hurt the frail thing. So, he guess that, in this case, he could substitute one of his picks.

With his decision made, Hana gave the Shedinja a smile, and enlarged a Pokeball in his hand. He then held it out to the Shedinja, deciding to accept it's offer of friendship. "Sure, I'll be your friend. Get into my Pokeball, and I promise you that I'll be your friend" he said to the Bug/Ghost type.

Shedinja moved back at first. But then relaxed. She flew close to it. She touched it, and not knowing what it was, was sucked in. She yelped as she was captured. Since a Pokeball let you capture a Pokemon if they liked you or if they were weak, Shedinja was caught.

With the Shedinja, who he now dubbed Protector, caught, he went off to capture his next, and final, Pokemon, which was going to be either a Staryu, or a Starmie.
