Sly always has a red backpack with white stripes slung over his shoulder.
Personality: Sly is brave, egoistic and friendly, contrary to his appearance. Sly may be suspicious of people attempting to befriend him out of the blue, meaning that he could lose many potential friends because of first impressions. Sly can be very social, or can be very isolated. He is worried about his dad, so he is more isolated right now. Sly likes the cold, Ice-Types and being warm. Not too warm. He dislikes evil, homework, and Fire-Types because of their advantage over ice.
History: Sly was born with a disability. When the sun was out, he could only create water and not ice. This is why Sly is more active when it is cold, because he has more power then. Sly's mother and father are still alive, but his father is falling fatally ill, and his mother is preoccupied with her husband's health, which is why Sly travels alone. Sly also has a brother who gave Sly his Eevee. Sly's open personality is due to a past experience with nothing other than a raging Ursaring. During that time, he had been doing a group project hindered only by Sly being very distrusting of others. However, Sly, after that experience, was a new person.

ok so it looks good but, you need to make the history longer and the personality as well, then eeve uhm everything is good except the moves, it can only learn tackle, tail whip and helping hand. If you want her to learn shadow ball or wish you have to put (TM) or (EM) behind it. every started can have one tm and one EM in there so short if you want to keep the moveset you have to do this.
