Bruce Mathers: Chapter 10: Hatred. Annoyance. Sickness.

((Flame, I'll go copy your Akina history and read it on my phone later. I could use a bedtime story. :3 Also, I cannot believe I did three chapters in this place. That's it. Brawly sucks. He's the worst gym leader and he sucks. Oh and hey, he sucks. One last thing: He sucks.))

Bruce has been in this island for a week. He's getting seriously dead bored of this place. He has to finish Brawly. Right. Now.

He's inside the dark gym and making his way towards Brawly.

Brawly noticed Bruce just as he came through. "Welcome challenge- Oh. It's you. A rematch, i presume?" He smirked half-heartedly as he released his Machop.

(JUST REALIZED, Squirtle should be a Wartortle naaaaao dammit flame D:< XD psh, im making him a wartortle >.> and adding some on the movesets)

"Yeah. And you suck," said Brawly with a half smile. Indicating he's friendly joking around. Unsure if Brawly would get that as "that". Or maybe he's the slow type.

"Come out, Wartortle! Tail Whip!"

Wartortle wags its tail back and forth at the opponent.

"If Machop attacks, withdraw in your shell and use Water Gun while you're inside your shell."

(If you don't remember, and I don't mean to blame anyone, but Sax got the Hariyama in. Also, I think you just edited your account, right? It's already done, whoever did it.)

Machop eyed Wartortle as it Tail Whipped then shrugged. It heard what Bruce said and kept it's distance. Then deciding it had to do something, it crept in silently at an angle, where Wartortle's head was not pointing towards him, sort of in between the gaps. It raised a hand when it had closed in, and struck down with Karate Chop, hoping Wartortle wouldn't suddenly pop out and attack.

(yeah, I did. XD and oh, Sax did? I must kill him.) (and wartortle aint in his shell yet)

It hit and Wartortle kinda got confused on how to dodge or what to do. "Wow, Wartortle, where's your focus? Getting used to your new body maybe?"

Wartortle nodded and followed up with a Water Gun just like Bruce said

Machop was hit, and skidded back, not losing it's feet though. It glared at Wartortle angrily then dashed back in for another Karate Chop, and at the same time, swung out it's foot for a Low Kick, leaving it in an awkward position, could easily lose it's balance.

He looked a lot like one of those guys in Kung Fu movies. wartortle wuld intercept that. He would jump for an Ice Punch. With his right. AND left. Double Ice Punch here.

Machop swiveled around, slightly startled. It held back with both arms, each fist in each one of it's arms. It still took damage, and to it's horror, the Ice Punch froze up his fists. Leading from Wartortle's to Machop's fist, it was unable to shake Wartortle off. It left him vulnerable to a close up Water Gun. To prevent that, it lashed out with it's feet for a Low Kick. It might mean tripping up Wartortle, who would indefinitely pull Machop down along with him, but he had no choice.

OOC: YES! *laughs like an evil scientist*

IIC: Machop's hunch was right. Wartortle tripped to his back and landed on his shell. He spun around dragging Machop with him. It looked a little comical. Something Wartortle realized, too. He let out a fun chuckle and smiled at the Machop. He looked at the ice and with his own language, would say something along the lines of, "Okay, we look stupid. Let's calm down for a while, I'll thaw this ice and we can restart."

Bruce smiled at that, having understood what the Hell is going on. He turned to Brawly, curious for his reaction. Somewhere in the back of Bruce, he's wanting Brawly to be his arch-rival of sorts.

Machop shrugged. Fine with him. Better than getting whirled around. Getting back to his feet, he pulled Wartortle up, waiting for him to get the ice to thaw.

Wartortle observed the ice and started thinking of how to thaw it. Perhaps his fangs would do the trick? He would try to Bite it.

Machop was rather alarmed and flinched as the fangs Bit into him. It shook it's head and it's hand glowed. Karate Chop. It swung it's hand upward, connecting with the ice and causing it to shatter, sprinkling the arena with ice. He would have to watch his step now. Stepping around Gingerly, he reached his side of the arena again, in front of Bruce.

Wartortle did the same. This has just turned into yet another stare down. Perhaps like one of those wild west thing where two cowboys stand face to face waiting who's gonna take out the revolver and shoot ahead of the other? Ah, Hell. Bruce and Wartortle will draw the revolver ahead. Well, the defensive revolver actually.

"Let's add a little more thrill, shall we? Do a Tail Whip," commanded Bruce. Wartortle would stand sideways and wag his tail. Which should lower Machop's defense.

Machop glared at Wartortle. Lowering it's defense. Fine. It used low Kick in quick succession and with jaw-dropping accuracy as it kicked all the ice shards towards Wartortle. Sure, it did some damage to himself, but the sharp, jagged ends should hurt Wartortle more on contact, never mind the resistance to Ice types.

The shards pelted through Wartortle's short legs. The pain blistered. They didn't really fall under the Ice-type category now, more like just a nothing ordinary shards of broken glass.

"Wartortle, why didn't you just jump? Is it really that hard to get used to your own skin? Eh, whatever. You probably have your reasons. Well, we don't have that much of a moveset... That sucks. I guess we can idiotically jump in with a Tackle for a while just to make this fun," said Bruce. With that, Wartortle would run towards Machop and attempt a Tackle. Stupid choice. It can easily be dodged by Machop. Unless Bruce actually has tricks with him.

Machop's eyes narrowed. "Karate Chop." Nodding, it agreed as it lifted it's hand, glowing, before attempting to swing it down hard upon the incoming Wartortle. Even if Tackle connected, it would not be very effective so it was a win-win situation.

The chop hit Wartortle's shell. While it's supposed to be a protective shield for him, the attack was too strong that the impact seemingly pelted through the shell and he still felt that damage. He stood firm awaiting his next order.

"Let's have a boxing match. Ice Punch again," said Bruce.

Wartortle would use Ice Punch!

Machop knew this. His eyes widened as it jumped backwards, sticking the landing, but losing balance almost immediately. Wavering a bit, it again wasn't in a very good dodging position.

"Just like a boxer losing its balance," commented Bruce. He didn't give any orders. Wartortle should be able to take over.

The turtle took advantage of Machop's bad stance, and would use another Ice Punch meant to be thrown down to Machop's face and knock him out to the ground. This is soon gonna be a ground and pound dirty fight.

Machop teetered, and the Ice Punch didn't hit it on the face, but on the torso. Blown back, it got stiffly, angry now. It ran towards Warortle with a Karate Chop.

Wartortle's cockiness kicked in and he intentionally that punishment to the skull. He's got another Ice Punch set up for Machop.

Machop reared his leg back, and used Low Kick, the Ice Punch striking, but Machop ignoring the icy bite of it.

Wartortle was hit by the opponent's foot somewhere near the kneecap. He flinched a bit but still tried to swing an Ice Punch.

"Don't give up, Wartortle! Show him who's the pound for pound king here," Bruce cheered.

Machop again jumped back, dodging the Ice Punch. This wasn't working well. He furrowed his brow. Not that it could do much anyway. It then slowed his breathing and forced his body to grow in size a bit, and also raise it's defense in the process, using Bulk Up.
