Commence Exploit [Mod Needed]

Slowly and reluctantly, Frank opens his eyes, waiting for the cloudy world to come into focus. He awoke to soft sheets, and the morning light trickled in through the blinds. He sits up, drags his feet off the bed, and rubs his knuckles onto his eyes. Frank stretches his arms above his head and yawns. He watches his legs dangle above the off-white polyester carpet.

Frank's eyes explored his bedroom and he saw his laptop placed on a glass at the middle of the room staring back at him, a video game console connected to a television, and a glass fronted cabinet with polished cherry wood where Frank keeps his DVD collection of documentaries on Flying-type Pokémon. It will be long before he sees these everyday objects again. The first thing that came to his mind when he saw his laptop is his internet browser's history. The last thing Frank wants is his mother discovering the porn sites and other websites a teenager accesses in the internet that contains content an adult would easily misunderstand such as a website filled with offensive jokes or internet memes made for a good, friendly laugh.

He walked closer the laptop, bent over, and opened it up. He heard the buzzing of the machine as it warmed up. He typed in his user name and password on the smooth keys that were like a typewriter and he logged on. When the desktop loaded, Frank immediately opened his internet browser and cleared the history, cookies, cache, and every data before he turned the laptop off and went downstairs to the living room.

"Up already, Frank?"

A voice of a female adult greets Frank's footsteps. Frank saw his mother sitting on the couch looking at him with the TV turned on. "Morning, mom," Frank replied.

"Today you leave me and your dad alone in this house to venture off to a glorious journey," said Frank's mother.

The little boy gave his mother a smile and said, "We already talked about this, mom. Tao and I are ready to face the world. Speaking of Tao, where is my feathered friend?"

"He's outside with your dad receiving tips and lectures from your father. Tao could use his advice; you know how mighty a Trainer your father was."

Frank approached the front door of the house, which leads outside, he tried the doorknob, and the heavy wooden door swung open. Outside the air was very clear and the long morning shadows distinct. Powerful rays flood over the landscape lighting every blade of grass, shining from each leaf.

"Hey, my little boy!" Frank's father, who is standing outside the house, greeted him. Tao, the Hoothoot, is standing on the big man's shoulder. The Pokémon saw his best friend Frank and immediately flew towards him and landed on Frank's shoulder greeting him with a cheery hoot.

"Tao, you look really energetic. What's up, dad?" Frank said.

"Eh, just givin' yer feathered friend an advice on how to be the perfect Pokémon for a trainer. What time you leaving, champ?"

"Heheh, did you learn stuff, Tao?"

Tao nods.

"I'll just have my breakfast, take a shower, pack my things, and then it's a go. Dad, take care of mom, alright? Take care of yourselves."

Frank's father laughed heartily. "Don't ye worry a thing, champ! I'm not gonna tell you, 'take care' because I know you're a tough man. Aaah... you remind me of that day when I became a trainer. Man, crawl through grassy areas, find your way around forests, venture forth into dark caves, and cross the raging seas. Go on son, make your papa proud! You go take a shower; I'll cook up breakfast for us."

Frank and his father walked back inside their house and Frank took a shower while his father cooked up breakfast. After everything is said, farewells made, and necessary actions done, Frank's journey as a Pokémon Trainer has officially begun.

Here he is now standing on the tall grass of Route 29 with Hoothoot calmly standing atop Frank's shoulder. Trainers traveling from Cherrygrove to New Bark can hop over a series of ledges to avoid the grassy areas and to travel between the two areas quickly while Trainers traveling from New Bark to Cherrygrove must travel through a series of grass patches to reach their destination. The first such patch is near the start of the route where the path turns south into the patch to circumvent a ledge. Route 29 westbound continues to follow the ledge south, then to the west before the route opens up at a T-intersection.

What better way to begin the journey of a Pokémon Trainer than try to find an enemy to mess with? Be it a wild Pokémon from the grass or another upstart Trainer, Frank, and Tao will step up with whatever or whoever is put in front of them.

Soon, it began sprinkling. Little droplets of water drenched his hair, skin, and clothes. The water droplets began growing larger and falling frequently. The light ‘pitter patter’ of rain turned into wet thuds as the icy water raced to meet the ground. The sprinkling turned into a torrential downpour. The coldness seeped through Frank's shirt and chilled his skin. The clouds grew darker and darker. A flash of lightning surprised Tao but didn't scare him. Frank whispered words of comfort to Tao. The bone-chilling cold seemed unbearable in the howling wind and icy rain. The sound of thunder rolled through the area as another lightning bolt split the sky.

It was so sudden. He woke up to a very sunny morning and all of a sudden, there's a heavy rain. Frank looked around him and saw the wild Pokemon seek shelter from the rain. He wanted to help the Pidgeys but realized that they can take care of themselves and they are not stupid. Must this be destiny's first challenge to him as a trainer, to deal with unexpected weather scenarios? Tao looked at the face of his trainer and he questioned the look on it. Frank turned to Tao and as if to answer the owl’s question, Frank assured his friend, "We're not canceling our adventure! We push on!" Tao was happy and he thought to himself, "I was hoping you'd say that."

Deciding that he wouldn't let the rain halt his adventure, Frank began to lay out his options. He could obliterate the wild Bug Pokemon with Tao's type advantage over them. The helpless Sentrets may also suffer an attack from them. However, attacking the Pidgeys will never be an option until the rain stops. Frank loves Flying Pokemon and he wouldn't dare bring hell to them. The easiest option is to destroy the Bug types. Frank walked closer the Ledybas and Pinecos, giving all of them a look, observing them. "No hard feelings! My friend must battle! Come, those who rise up to the challenge!"
