Capacia Island (Japanese: オオキナ島 Ōkina Island)  is the biggest island of the archipelago. It is also the place of Team Rocket HeadQuarter and Name Change Vendor.

That is correct :) 

I like this as it reduced the headache that people make by constantly changing their names. I don't honestly know who is who anymore. But (I know the staff has discussed this already but whatever o3o), won't it be unfair for us? 'Cause you guys can change your names, the staff I mean. You can do it freely while we have to earn it. :/

Edit: LOL Wait, do you mean this functions like the Trainer Shop where Character A can go to the shop and buy something while also at the same time being at Cerulean? Like, no need to stray off their original path whatsoever.
