Popularity of It?

How popular is backyard wrestling in the USA? And say, ten boys. How many is likely to be a backyard wrestler? Wikipedia says ages 12 to 30 wrestles. I'm so ******* envious.

I hope you already know that it's hard to get into that business, how dangerous it is, how hard it is to go anywhere, that as a beginner you must purchase all of your own gear, and how expensive it can be to train. You also have to understand that compared to what it was, the business of pro wrestling is diminishing in popularity. Believe it or not I thought about going to do that but setting up the contacts to train in Canada is challenging, even with several independent promotions and training schools in my region.

It has not yet diminished, Leighton. :/ Probably just not famous in your area. I can still see the entire WWE universe and the professional wrestling fans around the internet and we are many. Anyway, Wikipedia says that backyard wrestlers refer to howtos on the web. So I don't think they really need an official training... o.0 Now about the wrestling gear, say, can't I just get a jeans and a vest to wear? And try to befriends with a fellow restler and borrow his pads?
