Groundhog Day Event

Today is Groundhog Day, but as a minor holiday you will only receive a minor Pokemon. Post with one groundhoggy Pokemon per character and you will receive it at level ten, or the lowest level available to it.

whats a groundhog?

You're kinda spamming, a Groundhog is an animal, the new Pokemon Watchhog and its preevo are based of it. Once a year, mainly in the US and Canada, so basically we all watch a groundhog and then if the groundhog sees its shadow and thus retreats back into his burrow it is supposed to mean that winter will last six more weeks. And if not, we have spring coming.

It's just much more responsible and easier to go look Groundhog up on Wikipedia or another website. Plus waiting for someone to answer takes awhile, and it's much quicker to use those kinda websites ya know?

so why not list the ground hog pokemon XDD so we know what we can pick

(Groundhogs are also called Whistlepigs and Woodchucks, so if you've heard of those you've heard of a groundhog.)
Anything that's remotely like a groundhog, really. It was kinda up to the person who posted asking for one... Here are some that I can think of:

You know, groundhoggy. If you think of a Pokemon that's anything like a groundhog that I haven't posted and we agree that it's groundhog-ish, you can have it.

Uh... They don't even have known bodies. I agree with Diglet but Dugtrio... Well, it has three heads. That's not exactly what you'd call cosmetically similar.

Actually, I believe It's only one body with three heads, like Dodrio or King Ghidora.

There mole Pokemon, so somewhat similar to Groundhogs, they are very different.

The point is, nobody posted what Pokemon they wanted and groundhog day was three days ago. This event will run for the next 24 hours, and that's it.
