Personality: Blaine Rospilar lives for pranks, that is to say he enjoys comedy and will frequently make jokes solely for his own amusement. Sometimes the jokes will be so off the wall, archaic, or just plain nonsensical that it will cause others to be unable to follow him. He has a severed flawed logic that he operates by and can justify any of his actions during and after they occur. He also has a decent moral code however and will go out of his way to help those in need. While he does wish to one day complete the league challenge, he cares far more about causing mischief with his Ghastly rather than try to beat Gym Leaders.
History: Growing up in Saffron City Blaine was trained in the mystical art of the ninja, his elemental powers of course helping with his stealth. Not one for buckling down at a young age he was soon known as a troubled child. If it were not for the fact that his parents abandoned him at the place when he was a baby he would have no doubt been banned from the city long ago. Instead the residents just look at him as a sort of town jokester as most of his pranks are kindhearted and he does much to help the city. Upon turning eighteen he decided to leave on his own pokemon adventure with his Ghastly whom he had named Dead. Together Dead and Pool set out on a journey to find the world's greatest joke and maybe eat some chimicangas along the way.
