She is a girl who could be called perfect. Always having excellence in whatever she does. Even so, always kind to those below her without discrimination. Overprotective of her youngest brother. She is a 'goddess'.

History:
A council president in a Trainer's School. Top results in all subjects, competing in the nationals as a swimming club member, unafraid of teachers, dignified in speech and conduct. Because of this, the school officials gave her a Water Stone as a Christmas gift knowing she's always wanted her Eevee to become a Vaporeon.

She has a friend who takes MMA classes and sometimes learns from her. Rina only knows the basics though. She doesn't like fighting that much. Enough submission moves to protect herself.

The Vaporeon thing is easy. It's an evolution determined by a typed stone (Water Stone, in this case) which means it's allowed. Technically you could have a level 1 Raichu if you wanted. I would highly suggest, however, that you bump up Vaporeon's level to at least 5-7; otherwise she'll be practically useless, depending on your mod. All in all I see an acceptable application.
