Effect: When the user defeats a pokemon in battle, it gains 10% of its health.
Secondary Effect: Moves that drain HP get a 10% boost in power
Description: When an enemy pokemon is defeated, a tail stinger is poked into the body of it and some of its energy is drained.
Looks: When the energy is being drained, the tail bulges slightly as if something is going through it.
