Assist the Northern Water Tribe

OOC - SlipperyFish, The Alpha Centauri, and Patachu only. You three will make your way to Northern Water Tribe and assist them during the Fire Nation's siege of them.

Kha looked up at the mid day sun, it was high, bright and hot. He raised his arm, wiping a bit of sweat off of his forehead. Strangely the heat felt welcoming to Kha, training in in it felt more rugged and nerve racking, the extra challenge was always accepted, if he could best it or not. Some official looking man from Ba Sing Se had come to Kha's village and went around asking for assistance in aiding the northern water nation, of course kha didn't think twice about accepting so now he found himself here, walking for what seemed like forever, trying to find the ocean where a ship would take him off of land and up to the northern water Tribe. It would be Kha's first time leaving the earth nation, he wasint too excited about leaving solid land for a ship or snow and ice, but what had to happen and all.

(My character starts in the Fire Nation XD)

Max looked out of his house. "I can't believe I have to sneak" Jumping out the window, he finished his sentence. "outside." He ran and carefully hid behind each corner carefully. He finally got to the edge of the city. "Great. Out of the city, long as no guards show up." He ran into a nearby forest, small from the Fire Nation's building things. "Let's see...I could go to the Northern Water Tribe for now, maybe even find the avatar learning if I'm lucky. After that, I'll figure out what to do from there." He sighed and began walking. "Though walking isn't an option through the water, and it's not like I have sime animal to ride on, or an animal at all."

Fujin rode on the back of Hollow bareback, the icy cold winds of the north ruffled his hair as they flew with the violent winds of the storms at his brothers padded feet and at his finger tips to bend to his will. ever since he ran away from the northern air temple the storm wolf had been his family and teachers, he was the black sheep among their flock. he wanted peace more than any of them but he knew the harsh truth, the only way to restore peace was to keep the fire nation in their place to keep balance. he looked down ways to see the small section of earth kingdom they would have to pass over, he herd hollows panting. he jumped off with his staff in hand and whistled for him to follow, he opened the glider inside the staff and flew down to a nearby lake to rest.

As Kha had continued to walk he noticed an oasis of sorts in the distance. "Water would be nice." He said to himself. His legs felt like stone, the constant motion of walking, now being miles unending, but he swear he could smell the ocean with the occasional gust of wind. The small Lizard, which Kha had wittily named Liz now, began to bend her front legs up and down, making the small Lizard bob on Kha's shoulder. "Oh right." He remembered as he grabbed the Lizard off of his shoulder. "Sorry, I think I've brought you more than a mile from your home." He said apologetically, setting the the reptile on the hot rock. He turned from the Lizard and continued to walk. The once hot sun seemed to cool as he approached the natural pool of water and the handful of trees. It seemed another person was at the Oasis, as Kha neared into ear shot he raise his right hand to the person to show he meant no harm, however his left hand was already wrapping itself in the Kama's chain. "Yo!" He shouted out to the person to get their attention.

Max sighed. Ten minutes without much progress. "Great...This is going to take forever!" He continued walking, trying to keep positive.

(I wish I wasn't so far away. You guys are up north and I'm traveling nprth from the FIRE NATION. I might just make jumps so I can get somewhere.)

Fujin didn't noticed the person yelling out to him he was sleeping in Hollow's shadow and was woken up by his growling. Apon seeing the boy he flicked open the end of his staff and used it like a flag and by accident causing a slight breeze "Down boy," he told his beast "he shows no theat. Go back to drinking we got a long way to the North Pole." The giant wolf bowed it head, licked him then went back to drinking.

It was early morning and Garret was about to set out for his private training session with his teacher, Master Krychen. On his way there he noticed a column of smoke in the distance, just over the walls. He thought nothing of it and continued on. But smoke got thicker as it drew closer and soon there were more columns in sight. Before Garret could make it to the temple, he and everyone else in the water tribe heard the loud ring of the alarm bells on the walls. 'What the heck?' He thought to himself, 'Does this mean-'. "FIRE NATION! FIRE NATION!" A guard shouted down from the wall. As shocked as they might have been, they all knew the drill. Gather in the central plaza and wait for the leaders to guide them.

He reached the plaza where the majority of his tribe were gathered and their Chieftain was already issuing commands. Since Garret 17 and relatively close to 18, he was deemed old enough to help defend his tribe. Those who were unable to fight had to be brought to a safe 'bunker' on the far side of the city. It was Garret's job to escort them there, or at least it would have been if Krychen didn't show up. He was an older man, his hairs beginning to gray but his build was still in optimum condition. "Master Krychen aren't you supposed to be helping the other waterbenders stop the Fire Nation from getting inside?" He asked. "Yes boy, and I want you to help me. This is an opportune time to test what you have learned, albeit cautiously, and we could always use another healer." Garret was shocked by what was transpiring. This was definitely not how he imagined his day would pan out. After a few moments of contemplation he replied, "Alright Master, but you know I can't heal like you do. I'm still learning!" Krychen chuckled a little, "Then you will learn through experience. You underestimate your abilities, just remember to stay calm and focused and you will be as adept at bending as anyone else here today."
Without any further ado, the pair set off to the walls to lend aid where it is needed the most.

Kha looked around at the almost empty atmosphere around him in slight confusion, there was nothing but rocky desert for a few mile, then all of a sudden an oasis with a random guy at it. "What brings you all the way out here?" Kha's voice stayed friendly yet the hints of curiosity stayed, as usual he seemed to want to skip all the outer fluff and jump right into the action of the conversation.

Max had gotten into Earth Kingdom areas, but could easily be mistaken for a Fire Nation child 1-kid invasion.

(Could someone do an NPC for an Earth Kingdom guard thinking Max is with the Fire Nation?)

Earth Kingdom Guard: "You there boy! Halt!"

Fujin looked at the person asking him questions of why he was here, etc, etc. he wasn't really listening to him, he gave the boy who was around about his age a smug, mischievous smirk "I'm a nomad," he answered "I herd the Northern Water tribe was quite lively at this time of the year. So I'm resting before I get moving again. Now it would be rude if you didn't tell me why you were all the way out here as well."

"Lively, huh?" Kha quoted the boy. "Im heading up there to help defend it from the fire Nation. But hey, same thing, right?" He jokingly said to the Nomad. Kha looked around slightly confused, was nobody with this guy? Maybe he was supposed to get on the same ship as he was, it was the only way that Kha knew how to get there anyway. "Well, you wanna walk the rest of the way together?" He asked the boy, assuming he would be taking the ship he was on his way to. "The ocean should be just a few miles ahead."

(I'll just wait a little while since I kinda progressed my one a bit fast.)

Fujin began to laugh his ass off at the boys comment of 'do you want to walk with me to the rest of the way.' Hollow burped showing it was done drinking from the lake at the oasis. "Who said I was walking to the noth pole, much less take a ship. He back flipped onto hollow's back useing air bending "if you want I can give you a lift."

"Is there a problem? I don't see any." Max looked at the guard.

(Seriously Alpha, you shouldn't skip someone without asking or them saying they eant you to. I say SF(or Scout if it's that time) gets to skip you once to be fair.)

Kha looked at the wolf type animal that had previously been slurping up the water like there was no tomorrow. "Uhh, I'm not sure how I feel about the air, but hell, its not everyday you get to fly to the water nation." Kha stated contently with a nod of his head. Kha started to make his way towards the creature, while his steps should have been cautious he didn't seem to care, instead walking towards it with his normal relaxed manner. "So, what... Do I just, hop on, or?.." Kha had stuck a thumb under his chin in a look of confusion as he questioned how he would go about riding the creature.

Max looked around for what the problem might be, not realizing that it was him.

"you in the fire nation clothing. stop where you are." the guard was getting annoyed.

Fujin bending air around the traveller shot him up through the and landing him on Hollow's back. "Does that answer your question oh and try not to pull on his fur, he might eat you when you get off if you do." he told the traveller with a demonic smile and laugh, he then whistled two tones which sounded like the calling song of a seagull newt. suddenly Hollow leaped into the air and ran north getting higher and higher. they were now above the ocean. "yep you cant beat air. go by sea you get sea sick, you travel underground on a badger mole you get bugs all over you and sky bison's are so sloooooow." he turned around " sow how are you liking it so far?"
