Elin was experiencing melancholic feelings, as she was confused on why she decided to spare the trainer of her wrath. Shelda noticed this and was extremely surprised herself as well, as she knew that Elin would never give up a chance to achieve victory, no matter the circumstances concerning the victory. What's happening to me, why am I becoming like one of those sheep?! In frustration, Elin pounded her hands on a nearby tree, expressing her anger at her actions before. " I refuse to become one of those sheep, my goal is become the Champion and be unique! "
It was slightly chilling, even though it was daytime and sunny. A breeze blew over, carrying a few wilted leaves, and the scenario reminded Elin of what the elderly lady said before she left. The memory echoed throughout her head, resonating with her feelings. " Being unique is a choice, a choice that many people wish not to take, you and me are different, just remember that being unique is being yourself ".
Thankfully, that snapped Elin out of her mind-warping trance, and she touched the roses on her extravagant dress, feeling the thorns and drawing blood slightly. Shelda noticed this, and seemed concern, although Elin knew that the concern was fake, as malevolent beings feed off the pain of others, and Shelda was a collection of malevolent souls. Elin looked at Shelda, and sighed slightly, just the same time as a bee buzzed over her ear. Elin decided to get stronger so that she could challenge the Gym Leader. Elin knew that in order to get stronger, she would either have to capture a Pokémon to add to her team or take down Pokémon in order to get stronger.
“Come Shelda, we have sheep to cull”, Elin stated in a matter-of-fact tone, and Shelda complied, looking around for Wild Pokémon.
