She is highly experienced in close range hand-in-hand combat as well as different forms of sword fighting (fencing was a pretty fun activity to practice while her mother was asleep). She has also learned a tiny bit about combat by watching Pokemon battles, though not nearly as much as the trained professionals around her.

Personality: Deep within Trish beats the heart of the die hard romantic. Loving, tender, and exceptionally giving, this girl cherishes family and friends deeply. Trish is a passionate person that needs to feel a real connection with people with like interests in order to feel safe. People who keep things from her and superficial friendships do not bide well for Trish whatsoever. In relationships, she is fiercely loyal and doting. Trish loves to give gifts and to make the person in her life feel like a million dollars. Nothing is too good for Trish's friends. At the same time, however, Trish can be a victim of martyr and tends to be fearful, overly trusting, and sad when no one is watching. She tends to have the need to escape reality. This is usually the cause to her "daydreaming", as she is wondering what it would be like to become someone else. Trish is very compassionate, adaptable, accepting, devoted, and imaginative...she can tend to also be oversensitive, indecisive, self-pitying, lazy, and an escapist. Her personality is hard to pin down; it is very mysterious and elusive. Trish is molded by her surroundings, which allows her to incorporate her experiences and surroundings into themselves. History: Taking a moment to reminiscence in her past, Trish found that life was very boring.
She did good in school, came home with straight A's on every report card/progress report. She was polite and never disrespected an adult in anyway. Her hair used to be in pigtails back then. But...The past is in the past. When she turned nine years old, she discovered that the woman whom she had called her mother all of her life was a fraud. Trish had no idea that she was adopted for all of this time...Perhaps, this is what sent her into a state of dementia.

Out of nowhere, her single mother would get calls from the town school saying how disrespectful and rude her little girl was. When Trish came home, her mother would scold her and tell her that she could do better - this was NOT the young girl that she had raised! At this point, Trish tried to change her ways, but could never get her mother's approval. No matter how high she scored, her mom would say that it wasn't enough.

"This is it. I'm taking you out of school to be taught at home."

She tried and tried, but could never get her mother's approval even then. So she ran away from home at the age of twelve to get in contact with some trainers. Her mother always said that being around those Pokemon were dangerous, so this was a valid excuse for adventuring off into the real world.
