Type advantage? Go for it! Stronger Pokemon? Hit and run Tactics! There really is no way to prepare for every situation by training, but your strategy can flow like water and crack their defenses.

Personality: Always the calm and centered, he lets life just slide by in a carefree attitude. He cares about pokemon and friend and is willing to follow them even if they are bad ideas. He just does not care what happens to him. Also is a bit of an intellectual, having studied pokemon all of his life and is not afraid to give information of what he knows. He specializes in Pokemon in Johto and is able to give basic first aid until they get proper treatment at a Pokemon Center. He also know how to scavenge for berries and fruits that are good for Pokemon and humans.

Javier has a pain tolerance due to the fact that he was constantly beaten as a child for any signs of imperfection. He hates pain, but will gladly dive in to take a hit for a friend. Is a bit of a glutton and tends to have a black hole of a stomach, but has the manners to not be rude on the table. Despite the calm attitude, there is a sort of darkness to his soul and is beat the daylights out of anyone that harms his friend or their pokemon.

He likes his eevee, his heavy metal music that he always hear with his headphones, and being friends with new pokemon. He hates studying, classical music and human that don’t treat pokemon or people with respect.

History: Javier was born in a rich family in Goldenrod, always demanding him to be perfect in every way possible in manners, grades and personality. He was always under stress and always lonely as a child, but that all changed one fateful day when a pair of kids stumbled into his backyard after getting lost. They chatted with him a while until Javier's dad unleashed the Houndoons to intercept the intruders. One day he found a hole in the stone fence and decided to run off in the forest of Olivine. He played around a bit and even explored the forest, but heard a gunshot in the distance. Scared he hid himself as a group of poachers walked bye caring the carcass of an eevee they had hunted and intended to skin for sale. He was going to go back afterwards when the coast was clear, but heard a cry of an eevee. Curious, he went to check on the noise and saw a baby eevee recently hatched being picked alive by Spearows. He immediately rushed in to defend the eevee as he was pecked and scratched by the savage birds. Filled with pain Javier let out a yell, causing what appeared to be light surrounding him to form a barrier for the 2 victims. The spearow crashed against this wall and flew away in fear. Exhausted Javier fainted right there and then.

He woke up the next day in a hospital with his mother and father scolding him for leaving the house. He had to be in the hospital for a couple of days, before returning. He believed it was all a dream and he just passed out protecting the eevee with his body. Upon his return eevee was awaiting him by the gate, but his parents refused to keep a pet. Especially one as indignified as this baby eevee. The eevee was stubborn though and made several attempts to get in, but kept being thrown out. However each night Javier would feed the thing and the 2 became attached despite never actually capturing the thing in a pokeball. However they they captured each other's hearts. And in reality is that all that matters?

On Javier's 18 years old, he was told that he was going oversees to study at a university. He refused such a life and snuck out in the middle of the night, grabbing the allowance he had and pokeballs he bought in secret. He wanted to explore the world after being trapped for so long. Now he is travelling to new Bark Town to get a Pokedex and start his adventure. He and eevee are going to make the most out of this!
