Personality:
When you first meet Dice, he might seem like a nosey, sarcastic smart-aleck, but when you get to know him really well, he'll be very protective and caring of you, but he will always put himself before others if he's in danger. He does this because he wants to "treasure life" and not die by being crushed by a boulder. Another of his flaws/personality traits is being sarcastic and nosey. He'll always try to find out every single detail about everything. If you're telling him you are going downtown, he'll ask "Why? And for what?" And when you reply, he'll just say, "Great. Now go and have fun," sarcastically. The reason why he got the nickname "Dice" is because he's really lucky. He says it's 'natural.' He always wins bets and stuff like it, but it's just unnatural for a person.

History:
Dice grew up in a survivable environment. Not like poor, searching for food environments, but a middle class family type. He had three other siblings, and he was the youngest out of all of them. As his siblings started their Pokemon adventures, Dice had to look for other people to play with. That was when he was introduced to Pokemon. At the age of seven, a Piplup washed up on the shore of Lilycove. He tended it until it was all ready to go back into the wild, but instead, it wanted to stay with him. Dice never really trained the Piplup, though. He just played with it.

At the age of nine, with his birthday approaching, Dice was almost ready to go out to start his Pokemon adventure. But he just felt something in his gut saying he wasn't ready. So, he waited three more years and spent a little more time with his mother, father, and his Piplup. As he hit the age of fourteen, he set out to explore Hoenn with a Pokemon by his side, ready for anything that hit them.
