Personality: The static face of Warrick never fades away. His inhuman ability to shrug off even the hint of doubt or questioning one may have of him. He is clever, without a doubt sly and charismatic. He seems unfazed by those around him, granting his respect to the few who ever seem to catch his attention. He seems to dislike people who beckon for the truth, and instead believes in ideals. This is what first brought his attention to the Society of Liberty. It seems though, that he is not fully committed to the goals of the Society, and seems to attend to his own agenda as often as he does theirs. He seems to think that it's a waste to send his talents out into the field to fight pokemon.

Warrick comes off as quite knowledgable and prepared. He seems to be dedicated enough to want to see the progress others make, but rarely seems concerned about his own progress in Society. He doesn't jump when commanded to, instead he'd rather set up a far better solution by studying the variables present in the problem. He finds it troublesome when he gets followed by others, regardless of their intentions, and would rather be off on his own preparing for an encounter with his opponents. He often seems aloof and distracted when other executives try to tell him what to do, offering up instead that, "they can always just leave."

When Noah isn't playing the part of a subserviant executive to an organization he believes is doomed, he is often about studying pokemon in the Minoru region. He wishes to learn why, with the sudden change in several areas, why a vast majority of the pokemon once found in Minoru have taken up home on Frontier Island. It seemed that even before joining the Society, Noah's goals were to study these changes and pinpoint just what happened. Noah remembers a time he wasn't so dedicated to this goal, and hates to see Pokemon hurt or abused, a reason he has a distate for fighting in battles for the Society, unless he has too. That was a time when Noah was always smiling and the wonders of Pokemon.
History: Noah was born on Frontier Island, the older brother to the future Gym Leader of Dewdrop Town, Duncan Rayne. Though his brother, younger by just a year, would rather be out playing with his Pokemon, Noah was content to a quiet life. Though quickly, their parents had been killed in an accident. Their grandmother, Sora, took them in during the creation of the Minoru Gyms. Noah had always loved pokemon and often explored the quiet area around Lakeside Town and listened to the tales of ancient pokemon from long ago. Noah was fascinated by these, far more than his brother.

Noah would often travel with his grandmother when she went to visit the other towns. His deep love for the region was obvious, as much was his deep interest in pokemon mythology. Sora was proud of him, and even once considered training him to replace her as the Gym Leader of Lakeside Town. But that would not happen, as Noah had other ideas in plan. He was ever in motion, wondering why the Lucario had chose the Northern Shinju Falls Cavern as a home, or why there was a large lake in Minoru Region. He even questioned why it was composed of 8 islands.

Though Noah recieved no answers, he later began helping Professor Willow with her research and even showing her somethings she hadn't noticed, like the change in climate coming to Minoru. He seemed happy, and so did his Pokemon. But when the change came, many things began to change. The Steel Chamber revealed itself, the Emerald Mountains began having freezing temperatures in select areas, and several new places no one was even aware of made themselves known. A new swarm of pokemon appeared, but it seemed the Frontier Island remained relatively unaffected by the change.

Noah, now becoming Warrick, The Green Sage, began working actively for the mysterious group known as The Society of Liberty. Based out of Moonlight City, a city so corrupted that Society could easily maintain an iron grip over the city. However, there was one thing in the way, Naiya, the replacement for the 1st Gym. Such a threat could easily turn the Police Force against them, and thus Warrick was deployed to remove her. He did just that, and orchastrated the rise of the next Gym Leader, one who had no idea she was being used.
