Personality: Kim is a very by the books person, though she is quite naive to the world around her. Despite her position as the new Gym Leader in Moonlight, she has refused to change the gym's name, keeping it in memory of the late Naiya.
History: Kim was simply a young officer who was chose to head the police force, and replace Naiya as Gym Leader after her untimely death. Though Naiya is gone, her spirit lives on through Kim.
