Personality: He is a shy level headed person, he woks directly under Commander Theodore, and Usually is stuck with paperwork. He is very intelligent often working on heavy machinery to aid Team Dreams plans.
History: He was an ordinary boy, his parents payed for him to have 3 starters and he beat gyms easily, getting 7 badges in a matter of a few days. The 8th gym was his hardest, Clair was his idol, her many dragon types were amazingly fast, and beyond his skills, and he was beaten easily. Soon word got out that his parents had payed the gym leaders to lose on purpose. He was shamed by everyone and wanted to get back, so he joined Team Dream in order to wreck havoc among his so called friends. But in the small amount of time he had been doing nearly all the paperwork, but he had been assigned Commander Theo's assistant and will soon exact his revenge.
