Personality: Sweet and innocent to most but really Valerie is a very devious and patient person. She feels like most people who go straight into an attack are fools and that it is better to wait and figure out a plan. Valerie is a very intelligent girl and often times is seen with her nose in a book or her mind off in another place but if she is angered then she is impossible to sway in her beliefs. She is not one to be rash or quick to act in any way and is very good at devising plans to take you down in the most painful of ways with as little as possible.

History: Valerie was born in Pallet Town to a family that although they lived in a small house was actually quite rich. She got everything she wanted but very little times did she get what she needed. Valerie was treated like a princess and became best friends with the professor, Oak himself, just so when the time came she could get a good pokemon. But when the time came, Valerie was told she wasn't mature enough to get her first pokemon and so she had to wait. It was another year before the girl was finally able to convince her parents and Professor Oak that she could handle the responsibility, the entire time thinking of a way to get revenge.

Sorry, Pokemon can't start with a tutor move. ^^ You can use Egg Moves, though. Serebii.net is a reliable (and honestly, I think the fastest loading Pokemon database) place to go to. ^^ Just look up a Pokemon, and it'll show the movelists in full.

I looked on Serebii.net's Black2/White2 Pokedex, and Eevee does not learn Bite until Lv17. The Moveset would look something like Tail Whip, Tackle, Helping Hand, Growl, Sand-Attack, (TM/EGG Moves of your choice). I would ask that you remove Bite and add in Tail Whip, Helping Hand, Growl, and Sand-Attack.
